The Moeller Cello & Guitar Duo

Our wedding simply would not have been the same without Paul and Kerena. We found them online and enjoyed listening to their music on their website throughout the entire ceremony planning process. Our officiant, who had worked with them many times before, positively beamed when we told him that we had hired them for the wedding. And when we told our guests that we had hired a "guitar-cello duo" for the ceremony, they all responded, "Oh, that sounds lovely." It was. Their music was so beautiful that at one point during a pause in the ceremony while they were playing, I looked at my groom and whispered "They are so good!" In addition to their musical talents, Paul and Kerena were a true pleasure to work with. They helped us feel confident in the music selections that we had made and were always easy to contact. So many, MANY thanks, Paul & Kerena, for all you do! You made our day wonderful!!

Other than our cake tasting, this was our favorite appointment :) They played beautifully! We live out-of-state and they were fabulous with working with us via email. They helped us to design a custom wedding music program from processional to recessional. Also, they were so wonderful at adding in songs that weren't on their official list and fitting into the rhythm of the wedding (without needing any kind of run-through) which is especially important for us since our wedding party consisted of 26 adults and 10 kids - so we had no idea how long it would take people to get down the aisle. Plus, we heard from tons of people about how lovely the music was. My cousin asked for their info for her wedding!

Perfect, perfect, perfect. The Cello and Classical Guitar combination is the most stunning sound. While looking through this website I saw the high ratings this couple received. I decided to check out their website, the music samples alone brought me to tears. I had an outdoor wedding and I feared that maybe their sound would not carry and would be too soft. I spoke with the couple and they assured me they do outdoor weddings and wouldn't have any issues. On our wedding day, they were perfect. They sounded wonderful. They are truely gifted and I'm honored they played at my wedding. Thank you!

Paul & Kerena were great! We were a bit nervous at first about not having met them in person (though that was an option, we just didn't have time), but with their excellent communication prior to the wedding and willingness to learn new songs to accommodate my requests, we were put at ease. And they did such a beautiful job with the songs for our ceremony! Great with timing, very watchful of when to start or slowly end songs, you can tell they are seasoned pros; the music was yet another aspect of the day that brought a tear or two to my eyes! When many women talk about their wedding day, they say they've been picturing the dress, or the venue, or some other part of it, since they were little girls. Well when I was a little girl and dreamed of my wedding, I thought about the music - Paul & Kerena helped make the ceremony as lovely as I'd hoped it could be.Thanks!

Paul and Kerena played beautifully at my wedding. I am so glad we found them. Many of our guests commented on how well they played. Paul and Kerena were very easy to get a hold of whether it was by email or phone and were very responsive to my inquires. They were very helpful when I needed suggestions on selecting songs for the ceremony. I had a very small wedding (just a maid of honor and best man) and some of the songs I selected were a little too long. They were able to adjust the length of these songs (and still kept them sounding beautiful) so that there were no awkward moments in the ceremony. I highly recommend them.

Paul and Kerena were the perfect choice for our wedding reception in the Hancock Building! My husband and I were thrilled to find that they were available to perform during the cocktail and dinner hours of our reception, considering their impressive resumes and enthusiastic word of mouth recommendations. Perfect. We absolutely loved Karena and Paul and would recommend them to anyone. They're very talented and diverse in their musical knowledge.Our wedding was whimsical and funny, so during our ceremony they played some Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Dean Martin and even Africa by Toto after our kiss. Everyone was so excited about them and told us they were the perfect touch... making them feel relaxed and happy. During our ring warming ceremony, they filled in the silence so the air wasn't so still and it really made the ritual feel surreal and wonderful.I highly, highly recommend these two. :)

Perfect music, affordable prices.

Paul and Kerena did a wonderful job performing at our wedding. They learned a song specifically for us and it turned out better than we could have hoped, and the other songs were beautiful too. We have received several compliments from friends and family about the great choice we made, and we completely agree! I just recently had my wedding and was luck enough to have Paul and Kerena play music for my ceremony and cocktail hour. Before going into the beauty of their music, I wanted to comment on their level of professionalism. They kept in contact, answered any questions I had, had wonderful communication, and showed up in a timely manner. Before I even walked down the isle the coordinator at my venue came up to me and asked me who they were..she thought the guitar and cello duo was so beautiful she wanted information to add them to her vendor reccomendation list that she distributes to brides. The music was beautiful, we got SO many compliments from the guests. One even was wondering where he could purchase a cd. It is a unique sound that is simply beautiful. We had been undecided about ceremony/reception music up until 3 months before the wedding, which is when we contacted Paul and Kerena Moeller. They played for our ceremony and cocktail hour at the reception site and they were fantastic!! We listened to about 3 of their examples on their website before sending an email immediately. They were so easy to communicate with, and very flexible throughout all of the planning. They were great about the special musical requests we made, and their musical abilities were so beautiful that our grandmothers were brought to tears! We received so many compliments from our guests that we made sure to give out their website information. In terms of cost, this was worth every penny and definitely a key highlight of the day. They are 100% professional musicians and as we look back, we cant imagine the day without them. If you are considering The Moeller Cello and Guitar Duo, please listen to their song examples on their website to get a feel for how much talent they have, but keep in mind it sounds even better in person. We highly recommend them!!

The Moeller's demonstrated the utmost in professionalism and quality. I asked the Moeller's to provide the music at our dessert reception at Naper Settlement. The Moeller's were available to meet prior to the wedding to go over the music to play and timeline of the reception. They were easy to get ahold of, wonderful to work with, and amazing to listen to. Some of our guests didn't realize there were live musicians and thought the music was piped in it sounded so beautiful. The moment I heard the Moeller's music, I knew I wanted them to be a part of my wedding day. They have versatility in their music genres from classical to blues to pop. Our reception was in a small area at Naper Settlement, and the music was loud enough to fill the rooms yet soft enough to not overpower conversations. I consider their music one of my favorite parts of the wedding. I thank them for sharing their gifts and talents with me, my husband, and our families - it was perfect!

I found Moeller Music on wedding wire and contacted them after I looked into their website. They were the only instrumental duet that I could find that interested me, since all there seems to be available is a quartet. The reviews that I read from their website along with the visual and acoustic samples of their highly talented performances gave me high hopes that they would be available for my wedding date. Paul and Kerena responded to my questions and concerns with professional sincerity that sealed the deal. As a wedding vendor myself, and all the experiences I've had with other wedding industry vendors, there was no doubt in my mind of their professionalism. Their website was very easy for us to use and to pick out music and no meeting with them was required. All of my guests raved about them and the day would not have been as memorable without their profound performance. They are highly experienced and were able to harmonize with any last minute changes in the ceremony with no practice necessary, yet making it all look rehearsed. The ceremony music was very important to us and they exceeded our expectations. I can not say enough about Paul and Kerena Moeller and I highly recommend them for their musical performance at your event. Our experience with them was nothing but great and we only have wonderful things to say about them!

They were always quick to respond to my e-mails. We recieved many many compliments about them. Though I didn't really get a chance to hear or see them, they were very well recieved and what I did here was beautiful.

Paul and Kerena's music was beautiful--I wished I remembered it more since I was in a blurr with all the other activites going on. Everyone complemented on the choice and the cello/guitar combo is unique but classic at the same time.
