Masters Transportation

LOVE these guys. We had 15 people in our wedding party and we invited spouses/guests of our wedding party to join us on the bus for pictures - nearly 40 people! We needed a coach bus and tapped Masters Transportation for a 41 person coach and a 22 person coach (for our parents, grandparents, etc). The drivers are the nicest, most helpful guys. True gentlemen - they helped every lady on and off the bus. They had coolers of water for us (and to store our champagne and beer!)and kept the bus in immaculate condition. They arrived on-time, if not early! Awesome service - definitely recommend them!

Masters Transportation was awesome! We got a deluxe mini coach for our wedding day to take our bridal party around Chicago for pre-ceremony photos. We made our arrangements in advance with Jim, who responded to my email inquiry almost immediately with all the information I needed to make my booking decision. They were slightly more expensive than the other vendor we looked into, but we went with Masters because their coaches were new and all feature leather seats. It just looked nicer--not to mention cleaner. And it was absolutely worth it! The coach arrived exactly on time, and they had a cooler on board with bottled water, as promised. The cooler also came in pretty handy on the Champagne front. Our driver's name was Brendan, and he was terrific. Our photographer had discussed our locations in the city with him before the bridal party boarded the bus (which was totally clean and comfortable for our group of 14), and Brendan had figured out all our drop-off points in advance. We got to all of our locations on time--and even had a little extra to squeeze in the Kinzie Street Bridge and still make it to the church on time. While we were finishing family photos at the church, Brendan ran our bridal party and a few guests over the reception site, and came back to get us and our families when we were done. After the wedding, my husband and I wanted to get a couple more shots with the city lights behind us (it was now dark). Brendan suggested the perfect spot on Michigan Avenue for us to stop and get some amazing shots on a median (near the Wrigley Building). It was extra sweet, as all the cars passing by were honking and yelling "congratulations" out their windows as they drove by. And we have Brendan to thank for that! Bonus: Brendan has also been a Chicago tour guide, so our bridal party (almost all from New York and San Francisco) got the full story on a lot of cool Chicago landmarks. All in all, Masters was the perfect choice for our wedding day transportation.
