Great people.. limo drive was the best

The limo was nicely decorated with champagne and drinks however I cannot recommend this limo company because its driver blew a red light while it was raining and 2 cars were within inches of hitting my husband and I and our bridal party from both sides. All of the girls in the limo screamed as we saw the cars coming at us in slow motion. This definitely killed the moment for us while we were heading from downtown Chicago to our reception hall in Glen Ellyn, IL. He was clearly not paying attention to the road. After this happened, we rolled down the limo window and asked the driver "what was that?" he responded with "it wasn't my fault". Clearly it was. The red light camera snapped a picture at the intersection. I am horrified at the thought that we could have had our bridal party at the hospital on our wedding day before the reception. Even if no one was injured, it would have taken time and been a big damper on our special day. He also cut off another car on the highway after this happened!! Please, when you book your limo try to make sure your driver is a good safe driver!

We booked Make a Memory because they were the only ones that had a 14 person stretch limo. We didn't neccessarily need all the frills (wedding color napkins, personalized champagne, red carpet) but it was nice at times. The limo driver held the umbrella for us and played "Going to the Chapel" on our way there which was fun. A bit expensive, but those frills will cost you if you need that size limo I guess.

Wonderful service, they were right on time and for a winter wedding the limo was nice and warm. The bridal party loved that the limo was stocked with beer and the personalized champagne bottle was really nice.

Make a Memory Limo was absolutely fantastic! They were very professional and had a very nice presentation. Arrived early and presentable. They had the mom & pop company feel to them. After a deposit was already made, they agreed to additional alcohol in the limo since the full 3 hours of use would not be met - definitely something they didn't have to do. I stood up in a wedding 2 months after mine. The limo was so late for pick up going TO the church we had to find our own rides. Dents on the side, broken headlight, smokey inside, duct tape on seats. Their wedding package include 2 warm bottles of cheap Andre (not the nice campaign Make a Memory provided), 3 beers, no cups, no ice. This company was cheaper and it showed. It made us appreciate the fabulous service & presentation at Make a Memory that much better.

This was the one point of our day that did not go very well. The driver was on time to start but it went downhill from there. He was smoking in the limo and he took the decorations off the car while we were still in the limo waiting for the reception to begin. We were told that wedding music would be playing in the limo, it was not. Maybe we got the driver on a bad day but we were disappointed on this aspect of our wedding.

I was completely happy with make a memory limo. The limo was in excellent condition and they even decorated the limo in our wedding colors. Not only were they on time, but they were early, and there were no problems with directions. Everything worked perfectly as far as our transportation was concerned.

He was extremely nice and helpful. Easy to work with in making changes. Drivers were very polite and friendly. The day of my wedding, I had a change in locations that the limos had to go too. There was no problem, no extra cost, and my guests told me the chauffeurs was wonderful.

Make a Memory Limousine is a wonderful family-owned company. They welcomed my father and I to their home so we could see the limos in person before we booked them. They are one of the few in the area that has a 14-passenger stretch limo. We didn't like the SUV limos so we were looking for a regular stretch limo to accomodate 10 people (and you can't actually fit 10 adults all dressed up into the "10 passenger" stretch limos). So we were delighted that Make a Memory had just what we needed. The service was prompt, professional, and exceptional. I highly recommend them. Also their prices are comparable to others in the Chicago suburbs. When we walked out of our church to the sound of wedding music playing from the limo, and saw a red carpet leading up to our limo along with the driver ready to pour us champagne, it was surreal, like in a dream. How perfect.

Make A Memory Limousine exceeded my expectations! Christine was very friendly and helpful in planning our day. Tony, our limo driver, was fantastic. He was very professional and went the extra mile to make our day special. You won't have to worry about anything. Everything was taken care of perfectly. I highly recommend them.

I HEARD ABOUT THIS COMPANY THROUGH A CO-WORKER WHO USED THE COMPANY FOR HER DAUGHTERS WEDDING AND WITH WHAT AMAZING THINGS I HEARD, I HAD TO CHECK THEM OUT FOR MYSELF, LO AND BEHOLD, THEY TOOK US TO THE CHAPEL TO GET MARRIED. (THEY PLAYED THAT SONG IN THE CAR- NICE TOUCH) MY HUSBAND AND I WERE MARRIED ON 09/20/2008. CHRIS WHO HANDLED ALL OF THE ARRANGEMENTS WHEN I CALLED WAS GREAT, I WAS NEW TO THE WHOLE LIMO THING, AND THIS WAS A BIG EVENT FOR ME. SHE HELPED ME THROUGH IT ALL STEP BY STEP, WENT OVER ALL OF OUR OPTIONS WITH ME, AND EXPLAINED IN GOOD DETAIL ALL THE LITTLE THINGS THAT WOULD MAKE MY BIG DAY NICER. I WAS COMPLETELY SURPRISED BY THE AMOUNT OF SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM MAKE A MEMORY LIMOUSINE. I NEVER THOUGHT DEALING WITH A LIMO COMPANY WOULD BE SO EASY. WHEN THE CAR ARRIVED, I WAS MORE THEN HAPPY, I WAS SO EXCITED. THE CAR WAS DECORATED WITH MY WEDDING COLORS,RED CARPET AND ALL. IT WAS GREAT.. I NEVER EXPECTED SUCH A GREAT PRESENTATION. OUR DRIVER, TONY WAS EXCEPTIONAL. I HAVE BEEN IN A FEW LIMOS IN MY DAY AND THIS DRIVER WAS BEYOND WHAT I EXPECTED. KIND COURTEOUS AND DRESSED TO A "T" FOR THE OCCASION. HE GOT ALONG SO WELL WITH MY FAMILY, HE WASN'T JUST THE DRIVER, HE SEEMED LIKE HE BELONGED TO MY FAMILY, AND THAT WAS A GREAT THING BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT HIM TO BE "OUT OF PLACE". WE PAYED FOR THE BEST AND WE GOT THE BEST. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, WHETHER IT BE A WEDDING OR ANY OTHER OCCASION. I ALMOST FORGOT TO MENTION, THE BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGNE WITH MY NAME AND MY HUSBANDS NAME, IS SITTING IN OUR "WEDDING BOX" IT SHOWED US THAT THIS COMPANY WAS ABOUT MAKING US HAPPY ON OUR SPECIAL DAY

We actually contracted two limos from Make a Memory for our wedding. (We had a big wedding party and wanted to go with the more classic style limos.) The cars were immaculate and the drivers were dressed to the nines in tuxedos and white gloves. The periwinkle decorations matched my wedding party perfectly! It was so special to sit in the car and hear "Going to the Chapel" playing on my way to church. When we came out of church, our driver Tony had literally rolled out the red carpet for us and the personalized champagne toast just topped it all off. These were just a few of the personal touches that really just made our day extra special. The service was excellent overall. We had a very confusing schedule and Chris really took extra time with me to work out the logistics of it all. She took it upon herself to make sure every detail was in place and gave me excellent suggestions about options I wouldn't have even thought about. I have highly recommended Make a Memory to many of my friends and family and really thought they went out of their way to make my day perfect. It truly was a memorable experience and I would definately use them again!

Car was perfect. Limo driver arrived early (which was a stress relief for me). The only complaint that I had was that the car smelled like smoke. They should have smoke free limo options.

Make a Memory was awesome! Their prices were reasonable and the staff was excellent. We had an Escalade limo and our friends are still talking about it! We will highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Limo arrived clean and on-time. Driver was polite and courteous. That's pretty much all we wanted. I had provided a detailed itinerary with point-to-point directions, but the driver used his GPS to get from the hotel to the church, which took us on I-90 in Saturday traffic. We still made it without any trouble, and after that, we asked him to take specific routes to avoid the highways and he was fine with that. One note of caution, they are serious about their overtime charges. We dilly-dallied and had to pay for an extra half-hour.

We had the Cadillac DTS limo and it was beautiful. Well kept and clean. They gave us a discount for a limo to the airport for our honeymoon, too. Same quality limo and service.
