I ABSOLUTELYYYYY LOVEEEEE MY 30TH BIRTHDAY PINK CADDY MAY 6TH WITH LUXUS LIMO COMPANY. THE DRIVER WAS SOOOOO NICE AND PATIENT THE LIMO WAS VERRRYYY CLEANNN AND COMFORTABLE ME AND MY FAMILY HAD THE BEST NIGHT EVER. DAVID THE OWNER IS SO NICE ALSO I WILL BE USING THERE SERVICE ALOT FOR MY NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION AND OTHER PERSONAL BUSINESS. THANKS LUXUS LIMO :-)

It was Easter wedding. Limo showed was clean, decorated and showed up on time. Driver was really nice. Price included everything and whatever they promised we received. We tipped driver extra because he earned it. I will recommend them to everybody. We used 20 passenger Hummer. Really nice people to deal with, great prices, thank you

Absolutely horrible. Hummer arrived smelling like burnt marijuana, driver was as rude as could be. I was told I could book a 4 hour block, and extend as needed, but I was called the morning of the wedding and was told that the limo we wanted had broken down. They sent a different limo, which was the only positive that came out of this. After the four hour block was winding down, while taking pictures with the bridal party, the driver stood in the back of the church tapping his watch until I stopped pictures to find out the problem. They had double booked the limo, causing us to stop taking pictures so we could get to the reception. We leave, driver put the wrong address into his GPS, and became angry; yelling at a groomsman when he asked where he was going.
Note to the company, hire professional well spoken drivers, don't double book your limo, and for gods sake don't let clients smoke weed in your limo the night before your driving a wedding party around. Seems common sense to me..

They were on time for everything and our driver was so friendly and very attentive to our needs...especially with being the bride, he always made sure that I got in and out okay. Very professional. Great service. The limo was also very clean:)

Luxus limo did a great job at our wedding. Driver was on time and courteous. Limo was stocked with alcohol. Luxus is highly recommended.

On time, professional, courteous and very gentlemanly. The driver took us along the route we had scheduled and then when we had extra time took us to another location with no notice! He was great and exited the car at each stop to help the ladies out of the car. He was amazing!

They are very friendley but come the day of the wedding they brought me the wrong limo and they brought me a party bus with a bathroom that didn't work and a stripper pole.. If I didn't have a bridal party that could laugh about it ,it would have ruined the day.. Please don't use them!!

omg!!!! love them! this place is so unbelievably affordable and their vehicles are gorgeous! for myself and bridesmaids we got a 28 pass. white hummer for us to go to the church as well as have the guys join us after for pictures and going to reception. and the guys had just a drop off service in a regular stetch limo and our total was like 600 bucks! it was incredible and so clean and the driver was awesome!!! my friend is also using them for her wedding and instead of the hummer she got an escalade, for the same price!!! highly recommend!

We had the white hummer limo - it was great! The decorations were not tacky at all - they were actually perfect! The girls decorated the limo as well and the driver was a great sport with it!! He was on time and very responsible. The "goodies" in the car were just enough - actually we came no where near finishing any of it! We only drove from the church to the country club. It was really a great deal! Thank you!

Our driver arrived on time at all of our destinations and the limo was stocked with exactly what we were told ahead of time. My only complaint was that I wished they had brought a step-stool to help us get into the limo, as it was a 28-passenger hummer, and difficult to step into in heels. Hands down, this company was the best value, though.

I put my husband in charge of the transportation and he was able to find Luxus Limousine amongst a lot of other bad reviews of limo/transportation companies.
I can't remember who he worked with, but we did have to ask them to alter the contract a little bit and there was some confusion over the deposit. At first he was told there was no deposit but then when it came time to sign the contract he was told we needed a deposit. Also, we were able to make the deposit via credit card but if we wanted to pay the balance by credit card there was an extra fee. We had to pay cash on the day of the wedding, but I would have rather not had to worry about that on the day of the wedding.
The actual day of the wedding was great. The driver was nice and early to each location. It was raining on our wedding day so he was always waiting at the door for us to get out with an umbrella in hand.
The value was great-$1000 for a Hummer limo (we had 12 people and we fit fine) with beer, wine and champagne.

Hi, this limo company is wonderful. We called them last minute and we got incredible deal and service. Limo arrived on time and was stock with beer , champagne and beverages. Reservation was really easy to make. Driver was dressed really nice. I will recommend them to everybody. Thank you Dan for make our day great.

As mentioned, Luxus is very competitively priced, which made this company appealing for our wedding. We chose a 22 passenger Cadillac Escalade, which was a great vehicle- very clean and spacious. The company was great at communicating with me before the wedding and accommodating us with address changes up until the wedding date. On the day of, the driver was on time everywhere, which was a huge plus.
The only flaw was that we had the wedding package and there was not a bottle of champagne on the limo. I never really found out what happened because I wasn't too worried about it---they provided beer and we just pretended that was champange. Overall, great service and you can't beat the prices for such beautiful vehicles!

Luxus Limos was very competitively priced, and did a great job for us. We ordered 1 Chrysler 300 limo for 6 hours and 1 regular stretch limo for 4 hours. It was a nice surprise on the wedding day to see that they had upgraded the regular stretch to an suv stretch. The drivers did a good job of timing when they would pick us up downtown after pictures - and as anybody knows, driving and standing downtown in a car can be a big hassle. The tip was included in the price that we paid - all via email/fax - prior to the wedding day, so it was nice that there was one less thing to worry about that day. We've already recommended them to friends getting married in September.

I did my research on the limos and Luxus was the most affordable. However, the day of the wedding I was nearly late to the church..the driver had plugged in the wrong address of the church so I had to tell him where to go.....being the bride and all I was already stressed so this didn't help. Also, they should let you pre-pay so that you don't have to carry around a credit card. Luckily, my maid of honor was very helpful...it did look strange to pay in my wedding gown.
