Jane was a FABULOUS wedding coordinator. She was extremely professional and very detail oriented, which I loved. She made sure my entire day ran smoothly and that I did not have to worry about a single thing. That gave my husband and I the chance to enjoy every moment and take everything in, while still being great hosts for our guests. Hiring a coordinator was the BEST thing I did as far as my wedding was concerned. I would not have been able to pull off the event I did without Jane's help!!!

There are not enough words for me to express how much I LOVE JANE! Although I was married in Chicago, I currently reside in Texas. Jane went out of her way to clear several weekends of her schedule, usually with little notice from me of my travel dates, to attend all my appointments with vendors. She was super helpful in modifying contracts for my protection, as well as ask questions about services that I would have never known to ask. She has excellent knowledge of vendors in the Chicago-land area. I interviewed multiple planners, but Jane was the most down-to-earth and understood my want to save a dime. She responded to all my emails and phone calls immediately. She was even available for those freak-out moments at six in the morning and 12:30 AM. On the day of the wedding, everyone commented that it was the most well-organized event that they had ever participated in. All family members and wedding party peeps were provided schedules and lists of things to bring. She and her assistant fielded all questions and phone calls on the day of the wedding to keep the groom and I protected from chaos. She also arrived with a monster suitcase filled with any possible emergency item that you could ever need. My bridesmaids loved it! Everything on my day went smoothly (or if it didn't, I didn't know about it). Even after the wedding, she continues to be helpful with following up on contract agreements and getting things done that I can't seem to do alone. She is amazing and was well worth the money. She was not only a great planner, but has become a good friend.

Jane and her team were FANTASTIC! I had the day-of planning package with Jane. My wedding was at Hotel Sax - the ceremony, cocktail reception, and dinner reception were all held on the 4th floor event space. We didn't have to deal with transportation to and from a church/reception venue but we did have to deal with a room flip. Jane and her team handled everything perfectly. My guests could not believe how well planned and efficient the entire night was. Everything just flowed perfectly from one thing to the next. There wasn't a single thing that went wrong. Also, Jane was ALWAYS extremely responsive throughout the entire planning process. I highly recommend working with Jane and her team for your wedding planning needs!

My mom and I were thrilled to use Jane's "day of" coordinator service- we had the main plans for the wedding nailed down, but Jane was hugely instrumental in all of the planning leading up to our big day. She offered many referrals to DJs and photographers in addition to creating our timeline. In complete honesty, our wedding would not have happened without Jane. She was planner, crisis interventionist, coordinator, and therapist. What she and her assistants did for my very complex ceremony and reception should be considered an art form. I will HIGHLY recommend her to all of my friends that will plan weddings in the future, and can't thank her enough for the amount of stress she took away from my family and me during our celebration. Her creativity, problem-solving, and effortless management of the minutiae that would have overwhelmed me was priceless. Oh did I mention her services are worth every penny? They are. Jane is wonderful and I thank her for all that she did with my wedding. I couldn't have pulled off such a wonderful day without her. She was organized, always available, and rest to calm me down when I was flipping out about crazy details. I was able to enjoy my day and know that everything was taken care of! I loved every minute and any woman would be lucky to have her on their wedding day! I hired Jane for her full service and I wouldn't change my decision for anything! THANKS JANE!

When I first began to plan my wedding I thought that once I found the perfect place to say "I DO", that everything else would just fall into place. I got overwhelmed with all the small things came with just looking. That’s when I found Jane of Jane Allen Events. Jane was great at guiding me through my choices and than truly rescued me when it came to finalizing all the details. Most importantly, she was there with me on the wedding day, and every detail was perfect. I would recommend Jane to all couples! She was our saving Grace.

I just had a gorgeous, stress-free wedding thanks to a wonderful wedding planner!!! I was a believer that at every event something must go wrong. I was prepared, but didn't have to be! Dear, Jane thank you so much for staying on top of things, making everyone feel comfortable yet organized! I really got to enjoy this day to the fullest! My dream came true thanks to you! My mailbox is full today with emails from the wedding guests, who are saying that my wedding was extraordinary and the best they have seen yet! Thank you, thank you, thank you... I really would love to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Jane for a wonderful time my daughter, her fianc�, family and friends had during an outstandingly orchestrated wedding this past Sunday. Few weeks prior to the wedding my daughter realized that there would be no way we could enjoy the wedding at full extend without professional help. And that�s when Jane came to rescue. Jane was highly recommended by our close family friends who used her service just recently. Jane in short time was able to get in contact and earn undisputed respect and obligeness by all involved vendors and was incredible conducting an entire wedding weekend: from rehearsal, to ceremony, to dinner, and more. We couldn�t be more thankful. No worries, just joyful and lifelong memorable time. THANK YOU, JANE!

When my best friend first told me that she was engaged I was so excited! But she didn't want to have a very long engagement, only around 6 months. I wasn't sure if she was going to be able to find a wedding planner on such short notice who was going to be able to help my friend make her wedding everything she had always dreamed of. After talking to Jane on the phone, we were both convinced that she was the perfect one for the job, and she was! The wedding was perfect... the flowers were beautiful, the DJ was amazing, and the best part of it all was that she took the stress out of everything, leaving us with just one job... to have fun!!! And that we did! Thank you Jane for making my best friends wedding an event of a lifetime.
