We LOVED Rev. Phil! He was great, he made us feel so comfortable and didnt push any of his beliefs on us. He has a great way of doing his ceremonys and provides you with a script and really works with you to make it a meaningful and great experience! I couldnt have asked for anyone better, he is really great!!

Very nice. Performed our ceremony very well. Worked with me and my husband every step of the way. I made last minute changes and he was very understanding.

We went into our first meeting with Rev Phil with the intent on hiring him to do a simple ceremony but we ended up leaving and trusting him to write the whole thing. We obviously had the final say on what he said but he relieved a lot of stress by writing the script and letting us edit it. He was our 3rd attempt to find a reverend but I would highly recommend him being the 1st choice for anyone looking for a non-church ceremony. He is willing to cater to your level of religious or non-religious beliefs. Rev Phil is extremely professional and passionate with what he does and it shines through during his ceremony. Rev. Phil Landers was not available to do our wedding on December 3, 2011, due to him having another wedding on that same day. Rev. Landers immediately had his friend Rev. Mark Pietcher call us so that we can meet with him. I was a little nervous about this at first, but we would like to say that Rev. Mark was absolutely amazing person and he made us feel as though we had known him for years. On December 3, 2011, Rev. Mark was our officiant at our ceremony at Manzo's Banquets in Des Plaines, IL and he did an absolutely amazing job at our wedding. We received a lot of compliments from all of our family and friends. Rev. Mark did such a fabulous job telling "Our Love Story", that Michael and I we're transported back in time and there was not one single person at our ceremony that did not cry. We would highly recommend Rev. Mark Pietcher to anyone we know that will be getting married in the near future.

My husband and I thought Phil did an amazing job at our wedding. We have had several people comment on how great the ceremony was. They said "it wasn't a snooze fest, like normal ceremonies." Phil makes it seem like he has known the couple for years, instead of months. People loved hearing what we loved about each other. Our guest really enjoyed him introducing our bridal party and thanking them as well. We liked Phil immediately upon meeting with him. We would highly recommend him to our family and friends. Our ceremony was only thirty minutes long; but it was my favorite part of our wedding. Thanks Phil!

We were married on 11/11/11 @ 11:11am by Rev. Phil. Although we had an early time , Rev Phil had no problem accomidating us on one of his busiest days dut to unique date. We we very happy with the communication between us, he always answered any questions & worked with us to make minor adjustments for the cerimoy. Besides the flawless cerimony, the entire expierence was great. You speak with him thrup-out your whole planning process and by time the wedding day came & I met him face to face, it was as if I knew him for years. There are so many options out there you can feel overwhelmed to choose one, I can tell you , this is one decision you can make & not worry about. You'll be very happy with Rev. Phil....just as we were!!

When I first started looking for someone to officiate our wedding I came across Rev. Phil and saw nothing but good reviews. Me assuming that no one can be that good kept trying to find something and never did. From our first meeting Rev. Phil made me and my husband so comfortable and assured us that the wedding ceremony would be perfect! At our rehearsal half the wedding part was missing due to work which made me worried but the day of the wedding Rev. Phil made sure everyone knew exactly where and when to be. As for the actual ceremony, I already knew what he was going to say and I was still blown away at how he conducts his ceremonies. Everyone loved our personal story and he just gave our ceremony a little extra instead of being the typical boring ceremony that we all see at most weddings. I would 100% recommend Rev. Phil to anyone who wants an extremely organized, a well balance of funny/heart- felt and memorable/unique ceremony!

Rev. Phil Landers was the officiant for our Nov. 1st wedding and was wonderful! Our ceremony was small and intimate - just the two of us - and he made it so incredibly personal and special for us. It was exactly what we were looking for. I had sent him the details of how we met and our story together and he incorporated much of it into our ceremony. I am in the wedding industry and have high expectations for my vendors and he exceeded all of them. I would highly recommend Rev. Phil!

Dear to be married folks (Congrats!), After doing extensive research in a short amount of time, my then fiance now husband found Rev. Phil to do our ceremony. What a pleasure to say the least! He was so understanding and so caring. He made us feel so comfortable like he knew us from before! We were suppose to be married on a fountain and we were expect light drizzle that afternoon. Oh boy were we in for a surprise! The fountains did not work and everything was delayed by 30 minutes and guess what? It rained so much so we ended up being under umbrellas! Beautiful and perfect nonetheless! Looking back we would not have changed a thing! Could you imagine the stress and the anxiety me(being the bride) felt during that time? well I felt none thanks to Rev. Phil! He was awesome. He updated me every few minutes about what was going on and how much longer it would take. He was just so understanding of our situation(hopefully you guys will not have to go through that!). He took out all the questions of how and what was going to happen and gave us all step by step directions to follow. And that is not all! The ceremony was AWESOME! He has an amazing way to capture the audience and an excellent way with words! We would highly recommend him to anyone getting married! Congrats and Good Luck!

Rev. Phil MADE our wedding. Our guests raved about the personalized, unique, and thoroughly entertaining ceremony he prepared for us-AND we could not have worked with a better expert when it comes to weddings. Every detail was attended to and Rev. Phil made sure that it was orchestrated perfectly. Our string trio music was timed to the second, our wedding party knew the best way to walk to optimize photos, and our wedding planner knew to provide an extra wide runner so my parents could both walk me down the aisle. All details I never would have dreamed of without Rev. Phil's expert guidance. The best part though? Our guests felt included in our wedding ceremony and countless people told us how much they enjoyed hearing our love story and how my husband proposed. Many of them didn't know! I was really impressed with the whole process of working with Rev. Phil from start to finish. If you want a customized, unique wedding ceremony with a highly polished and seasoned professional officiant look no further. It doesn't get any better than Rev. Phil. Your friends and family will be raving for years to come.

I cannot say enough good things about Rev. Phil. Our first meeting was very relaxed and to the point. He was so organized, professional and clearly new the process in and out. I thought he did a fabulous job with our ceremony. It was so personalized and unique. He took care of everything (including sending in our marriage license) to the point where I felt I didn't have to worry about a thing for the ceremony. He was specific in telling us exactly what we needed and how the ceremony would be run along with providing us a script of the ceremony. This is definitely not your standard boring ceremony. Your guest will actually be laughing, crying and enjoying your ceremony instead of wondering when cocktail hour starts. Many people at our wedding said it was the best ceremony they had ever been to. We are still getting compliments on how beautiful and fun it was. I think any bride would be happy with Rev. Rev. Phil Landers was great! We thankfully found him through our banquet hall's preferred vendor list. We met with him and got the location of our meeting mixed up and he still gave us a 2nd chance! He also was ok with having our 4 year old daughter join and was so understanding and patient with us needing to entertain her. He was very professional and had a presentation to share with us. However what made us choose Rev. Phil was because he was very genuine. Some ministers seem a little bit hokey and fake, however Rev. Phill was not. He also was willing to work with our budget. Throughout the entire planning process Rev. Phil was very organized which took a lot of stress off our shoulders. The day of the ceremony was beautiful. He made our ceremony very special and was completely ok with our very unique unit ceremony request. He really personalized our ceremony to us. I am Catholic and my husband is non-denominational, and Rev. Phil worked it out so it was not a religious ceremony. I did not want to impose my religious beliefs onto my husband. Rev. Phil was wonderful and I would recommend him to others!

Rev. Phil was amazing. We got married on very short notice (2 weeks) and he was more than willing to come and do our wedding. Even though we had only talked through email it felt like I had known him for a while when we finally fet on the big day. He made sure to know all the names of the bridal party as well as my childrens name, which meant a lot to me. He was amazing and I couldn't have asked for someone better.

Reverend Phil was absolutely wonderful. Our guests are still talking about the wedding. In fact, one friend of mine told me that it was the best wedding ceremony he had ever been to. It was personalized just for us and he told our story exactly the way we wanted him too. He was funny, witty and he made the whole ceremony fun. About three weeks prior to the wedding he had everything all planned out for us. He was very organized and we knew exactly what was going to happen on our special day. Actually, it was BETTER than we could have ever imagined. I can't say enough good things about Reverend Phil and he has wonderful ideas. We went with his suggestion of unity sand and all our guests loved it as did we. Use Reverend Phil and you won't be disappointed!

Our wedding was one of the most special days of our lives, and Rev. Phil is a big reason for the success. We greatly appreciated the up-front meetings we had with him in order to get to know him and his style of delivery. We knew for sure after the first meeting that he would do a great job. Rev. Phil's telling of our love story was so well received by our guests that we had dozens of them tell us they felt it was the best wedding they'd ever attended! In addition to the ceremony, he shared several words of wisdom, including directing us to marriage books that my wife and I read together. We were most impressed, however, by Rev. Phil's genuineness. He was professional, as we knew he would be, but we were most touched that he took a real interest not only in helping us have a successful wedding, but a successful marriage! We highly recommend him!

He is very experienced and professional, as well as entertaining, witty, creative, and a great public speaker. He has plenty of advice and useful tips for before, during - and after - the wedding. He is flexible, which was key for us, since we planned our intimate ceremony in our backyard in the last minute... and he helped with every detail. The ceremony was very original, personalized, romantic, and... unique! He shared our love story with our guests, as well as the list of things we love about each other - which we had never seen before. It was truly enjoyable for everyone. We highly recommend him.
