Out of all my vendors, this one was the best. Absolutely the best service I had encountered for a long time. I wish all the vendors were like that. Upgraded limo for no extra charge from a Navigator to an Escalade. and then upgraded me again for no extra charge from a regular stretch to an Infinity SUV. Unbelievable. 100 Thanks. I couldn't even imagine that any vendor would ever do that.

Our wedding day was stressful and hectic, but one thing we did not have to worry about was transportation. Emperor Limousine went above and beyond what other companies offer. The drivers, Tom and Kasia, were courteous and professional. The vehicles were breathtaking. Our bridal party had a party on the way to the reception and it was a great way to make sure everyone got there. They have a great policy that if they are 15 mins or more late that you get your whole day free. They were not late but it's a great reassurance on the day of your wedding to have a guarantee like that. They get into contact with you a couple of days before the wedding to make sure the details are the same and call the day after the wedding to make sure that everything went flawlessly. When you tour their vehicles you cannot help but be amazed. Their vehicles are very clean and very nice. We also received a free transfer when we booked. We will be using them again for other events.

The folks at Emperor were very easy to work with. We were able to visit their facility to check out their fleet before we booked which was really a great option to have. The driver was very professional, on-time and go us where we needed to be. If I ever need a limo for anything in the future I would certainly call these guys again.

Our driver arrived early and set everything up way before we would be riding in the limo. The limo was decorated on the outside with our wedding colors and a "Just Married" sign on the back. It looked very nice. The driver had a champagne toast for us and two bottles of champagne, a case of beer, and plenty of other non-alcoholic drinks in the limo for the wedding party. The company and the driver were both friendly and flexible before the wedding and on the day of the wedding. They did a nice job and were very professional before the wedding and throughout the entire day.

Our experience w/Emperor was pretty good. Email communication was quick; however, at times the email weren't the most professional (it seemed like there were a couple of emails sent from a cell phone...) and the woman we were in contact with claimed to have told us information that she never did (such as the final balance having to be paid in cash only on the day of the wedding). We weren't looking to have an argument so we prepared the cash. We ended up getting an upgraded vehicle (we booked an Excursion and got an Escalade) and our driver was AWESOME. He was so friendly and cordial, very professional. He got us to where we needed to go. The limo co provided us with champagne and offered beer, which we chose to swap out for sodas, but they ended up including both. We enjoyed our experience working w/Emperor and would recommend them to others as well!

Emperor Limo was great! I couldn't have asked for better service in preparation for the wedding and on the day of. Michelle and Tina were both great with all my questions and everything leading up to the day. Marcin, our driver was fantastic! It was raining on the way to the ceremony and Marcin got us all into the limo completely dry. He double checked everything with us and got us where we needed to go when we needed to be there, typically early! I would recommend Emperor Limo to anyone and everyone and would absolutely use them again. Definitely great value for the service!!

This is the third time we rented a party bus from Emperor to take us downtown- Chicago and these guys are absolutely superb! I've seen other buses out there and I can tell you that this Company has the most superior bus fleet not to mention their top notch drivers. Whether it's a night out or a wedding these guys have the WHOLE package!

I was extremely satisfied with your service. I paid for the Lincoln Navigator and was pleasantly suprised with the upgrade which was the Infinity at no charge. We got the newest party bus, the Platnium. It was awesome. The driver was fantastic! He helped out with getting the girls up the steps, helped carry stuff and even had wipes to get mud off of my dress when I stepped on it! Fantastic!

This company specializes in doing events and not airport runs and it shows. We visited their website to request a quote and found their prices very competitive to other local companies. When we visited their offices to see the limos available and book them for our wedding they showed us the vehicles and they were clean and we maintained. The limo size we originally requested was being refurbished and might not be done on time so they agreed to upgrade us to the 20 passenger Ford Excursion at no extra cost. Since the Lincoln Navigator was not done in time we had the Excursion on the day of the wedding. Our driver, Stan, arrived at least 15 minutes early and had directions to all of our locations. He made adjustments when the weather prevented some of our plans. He drove safely and we arrived on time to our ceremony and reception. Overall, we had a great experience with Emperor Limousine and would strongly recommend them!

We had to adjust the time of and location address for the ceremony and reception. The front office worked with us, helping to try and resolve all problems, even when we could not google the address. (The Restaurant was a new building) The driver, Stan was extremely courteous and punctual. It rained, he held the umbrella, he helped my bride get her train into the limo safely and always had a smile on his face. This company went out of their way to make the experience pleasant. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

We loved Emperor Limousine. The Limo was absolutely beautiful, clean and the decorations they added for us were just enough! Our driver Kasia was AWESOME and professional! She went above and beyond for us on our wedding day to ensure everything was perfect! The entire staff at Emperor we came in contact with were friendly, professional and accommodating. Lovely party bus. Plenty of room for a bridal party of 28. They provided us with beer, champagne and water. Party bus was on time at every location and dressed professionally. They are competitive as well, so if you find another service that is cheaper they will beat their price!

They were the lowest price I could find. I paid for 3 hours and got the 4th hour FREE! I paid for the simple black stretch limo. I was ok with that as I didn't need anything larger. They called an hour before there were supposed to arrive (I panicked) and told me they were upgrading my limo to the stretch SUV. I got so many completments on the limo and I just smiled and said thank you. It was more than I could ever ask for or afford so it was nice. I recomend them for anyone out there even if you don't get uprgaded-- especially because gratuity is included in their price.

They were absolutely perfect and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We used them for my sister's bachelorette party, her fiance's bachelor party, and the wedding. The drivers were always on time. I had their cell numbers to text them if we needed them earlier than planned. The limos were spotless and fully loaded. Had music videos playing, great champagne, even a fireplace. For the bachelorette perty they had an ipod dock so we could choose our own music. BTW they were also the best priced company! If you don't like them you're crazy.

We booked a Party Bus for our sons wedding in October. Emperor Limo exceeded our expectations! The bus arrived on time, it was clean and well stocked. We had such an amazing time, the party bus took all the anxiety out of who needed rides, etc. We just sat back and enjoyed our champagne! The girls in the office were very helpful and professional and took care of every detail. Thanks for helping us have a marvelous day!

They were great! We used the Venetian limo bus to get our wedding party to photo location, church, reception, etc. Our driver Mirko showed up early and got us to our destinations on time and without ant isues. Would recommend again.
