This company specializes in doing events and not airport runs and it shows. We visited their website to request a quote and found their prices very competitive to other local companies. When we visited their offices to see the limos available and book them for our wedding they showed us the vehicles and they were clean and we maintained. The limo size we originally requested was being refurbished and might not be done on time so they agreed to upgrade us to the 20 passenger Ford Excursion at no extra cost. Since the Lincoln Navigator was not done in time we had the Excursion on the day of the wedding. Our driver, Stan, arrived at least 15 minutes early and had directions to all of our locations. He made adjustments when the weather prevented some of our plans. He drove safely and we arrived on time to our ceremony and reception. Overall, we had a great experience with Emperor Limousine and would strongly recommend them!

Lovely party bus. Plenty of room for a bridal party of 28. They provided us with beer, champagne and water. Party bus was on time at every location and dressed professionally. They are competitive as well, so if you find another service that is cheaper they will beat their price!

We loved Emperor Limousine. The Limo was absolutely beautiful, clean and the decorations they added for us were just enough! Our driver Kasia was AWESOME and professional! She went above and beyond for us on our wedding day to ensure everything was perfect! The entire staff at Emperor we came in contact with were friendly, professional and accommodating. The price was GREAT too!! We would recommend then to all brides and grooms to be and will DEFINITELY be doing business with them again!! THANK YOU KAISA AND EMPEROR!

They were absolutely perfect and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We used them for my sister's bachelorette party, her fiance's bachelor party, and the wedding. The drivers were always on time. I had their cell numbers to text them if we needed them earlier than planned. The limos were spotless and fully loaded. Had music videos playing, great champagne, even a fireplace. For the bachelorette perty they had an ipod dock so we could choose our own music. BTW they were also the best priced company! If you don't like them you're crazy.

We booked a Party Bus for our sons wedding in October. Emperor Limo exceeded our expectations! The bus arrived on time, it was clean and well stocked. We had such an amazing time, the party bus took all the anxiety out of who needed rides, etc. We just sat back and enjoyed our champagne! The girls in the office were very helpful and professional and took care of every detail. Thanks for helping us have a marvelous day!

They were great! We used the Venetian limo bus to get our wedding party to photo location, church, reception, etc. Our driver Mirko showed up early and got us to our destinations on time and without ant isues. Would recommend again.

We had the huge party bus and had SO much fun! They took us to a ton of different places for pictures. They arrived early and are very reliable. The driver was extremely helpful. He would help with my dress and everything, and was so nice.

We hired Emperor Limousine for our Sep. 4th wedding and are so pleased with the service. The limo looked great, inside and out. Our driver David made sure to call us ahead of time to let us know how far he was and how long it was going to take him. Bridal Party Limo Bus: Emperor Limousine – Addison - B+ - http://www.emperorlimousine.com/This one is tricky. We had an awesome experience planning with them. Very responsive, professional, and inexpensive for sure. The limo bus they gave us was brand new and gorgeous. Driver was sweet, on-time, and needed no guidance for directions – all wonderful! BUT, there was a bit of a torrential downpour on wedding day & there was definite rain leaking in from a window. The boys put their tux jackets near the window to keep the seats from getting wet. Now I can’t say for sure it was a craptastic limo because due to the amount of rain, it may have been inevitable. It was just disappointing for a new vehicle (we had The Wave).

What a great experience! We rented the Wave limo bus for our 9/2/11 wedding and were originally drawn to Emperor by the fantastic Friday rate. We soon learned, though, that their service was also exceptional. Each time we emailed them with a revision to our arrangements or an additional detail about the itinerary, we received a confirmation email within 24 hours. With all of the various wedding details to keep track of, this was very helpful. Then, on the day of our wedding, Marcin showed up right on time (actually a little early) and was friendly with everyone but professional - he really was great. The vehicle was clean and very spacious and perfect for our group. I would definitely recommend Emperor and will be calling them for any future group transporation needs!!

We rented the 18 passenger Infinity limo for our wedding and it was fantastic! We had 16 people in the limo and would not recommend having more than that or it will get tight. Our driver was very professional, flexibly and was great at taking us wherever we requested. The service was great and we appreciate your help in making our wedding day a very special one. We'll definitely consider renting from you again and will mention your name to others.

Emperor Limo was the cheapest option for the 4 hour window that we wanted a limo. It was obvious why. They sent a driver who didn't know downtown Chicago at all. he turned down several streets that were either unbelievably crowded (Michigan Ave, for example) or that were dead ends. My husband and I each had to direct him to get to where we wanted to go (say, Buckingham fountain). He was using a GPS - what a joke. And, his English was not great, so trying to communicate with him was a challenge. Pay the extra $100 ladies - get a limo service that knows your area.

Emperor Limo did an excellent job on my wedding day!! The 16 passenger infiniti was out of this world. It was awesome to have the whole bridal party together after the ceremony. Kasia was amazing, so nice and accommodating. My husband didn't want to see me before the ceremony so Kasia drove him and all of the groomsman around the block in the air conditioning. I would recommend Emperor and the drive, Kasia to anyone!

All of the staff are courteous and professional. If they're unsure about something they ask instead of driving the wrong way; they provide all decorations and drinks for the limo which is included in the price. They only thing that can be done better is to have the champagne toast for us outside of the limo for pictures sake before getting in. Other than that... they're a good price for a great service!
