Maris and Becky from Blend Beauty did my makeup and hair, respectively, for my September wedding. I was incredibly happy with both!! I knew they were great from our trial but on the day of, things were bumped up to an even better level. I felt that they both tried extra hard to make sure things were perfect. My hair is very thick and long and Becky managed to help it stay put all night. My makeup was exactly what I had envisioned and the airbrush foundation is awesome. I definitely felt glamorous with my hair and makeup, and they came out great in the photos. They also did hair and makeup for some of my bridesmaids and the girls were all very happy as well.In addition to their fabulous skills, they are just really sweet, fun people to be around – exactly what you want on your wedding day!

I can't say enough good things about Blend Beauty! From my first initial contact with Cynthia to my wedding day make up by Maris, I could not have been happier!Cynthia made it very easy for me to set up my trial and wedding day appointments with Maris and was flexible with payments for my bridesmaids. Great value compared to other vendors for airbrush make up. My mom was skeptical about airbrush at first, but she ended up loving it and looked great! Maris always checked with me to see if I liked how everything looked; both during my trial and on my wedding day. She gave me some great suggestions and made sure the eyelashes didn't bug the heck out of me :)

I had a great experience with Cynthia! She was very responsive, very helpful, and just overall great to work with. Additionally, my make-up was flawless the entire day!I would hands down reccommend Cynthia to other engaged women looking for a make-up artist for their wedding. Words cannot express my experience with Cynthia. She was amazing, she is so sweet and my makeup looked amazing. I didn't have to worry about even checking it in the mirror the whole night. She made me look like a better version of myself! She did all my bridesmaids and my mom's makeup awesome too! Cynthia Sally has provided her services to me on two occasions, my brother's wedding and my own. I cannot emphasize enough how pleased all my bridemaids and I are with her services. Cynthia Sally is a true artist of the color palette; she masterfully accents clients beauties and diminishes any client- perceived flaws. All the pictures I have taken after using her service are GORGEOUS! Furthermore, she is also extremely professional and patient with her high strung clientelle. I would strongly recommend her to any bride, bridesmaid, or woman going out on the town on a special night. Her services are of top model quality!

I was lucky enough to book Cynthia right before she increased her rates but either way, I'd say she was worth every penny. I felt completely glamorous and beautiful on my big day and really can't thank her enough. She not only did my makeup but my mother and two bridesmaids and everyone looked gorgeous! And my advice to any bride - get the false eyelashes!!

Cynthia Sally is a magic artist not a make-up artist! She transformed myself and my friends/family into the best version of ourselves without looking overdone. She complimented each of our best features and made anyone's flaws disappear. Honestly I cried throughout the day/night and I looked the same from 8 a.m. in the morning to the end of the evening! She is an incredibly talented, professional, and easy to communicate with person and is a perfectionist to a T. Anyone who works with her is extremely lucky and in the best of make-artistry hands! Wish I could give her more 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cynthia was AMAZING to work with on our wedding day! She did my makeup, the makeup of all 5 of my bridesmaids, my mom, AND my three aunts - and pleased them all! Not only did we look fabulous, but our makeup lasted through EVERYTHING, even three hours of dancing...and Cynthia was such a calming and professional presence for the many hours of us getting ready. I highly recommend her!

Cynthia Sally was a wonderful choice - I could not have been more satisfied! She not only helped me feel like a princess on my wedding day, but she was also very responsive to other general makeup questions leading up to the big day. Being someone who does not normally wear much makeup, Cynthia took the time to explain her application choices and use our trial as a teaching session and resource. I found her through numerous positive online reviews & couldn't be happier that I contracted with her for the big day. She truly knows what looks best on every skin type as she worked on 7 different people the morning of the wedding. I loved the airbrushing! I would recommend Cynthia to anyone, not only for affordability based on similar vendors, but also on attitude, responsiveness and overall quality service.

I booked Cynthia last minute as my wedding day make-up artist because another artist cancelled on me. I?m so glad I had the opportunity to work with Cynthia instead. Not only did I love the make-up, but her prices are awesome! I recommend a trial, just to see what you like, but either way Cynthia will make you look stunning. If you are looking for an easy to work with, fun, inexpensive, Chicago area wedding day make-up artist, I highly recommend Cynthia Sally.

If I could rate Cynthia higher than 5 stars for "value for cost" I would. She did such an amazing job with me and my bridesmaids! I didn't want to pay a ton of money for makeup (and didn't want my BM's paying a ton either) and Cynthia did an amazing job and was (in my opinion) very reasonably priced. She did such a great job bringing out the best attributes of each of the girls! Even now when I look back at pictures of when we were getting ready for the wedding, I think "wow my makeup looked AWESOME". I highly recommend Cynthia!
