Jocelyn of Crystal-Eyez was a dream to work with. From the beginning of our work together, she was very attentive and sensitive to my wants as a client. I was competing for the title of Miss Black Illinois 2012 and she was professional and remarkably quick when applying make-up (even in a high pressure pageant situation). Love this vendor! I can do my own make-up and am well-known for it but I wanted to be pampered on my special day and also book someone with the SKILL to capture exactly what I envisioned for myself. Crystal-Eyez did this for me! At the consultation, Bisi was nice, she was honest and very accomodating. The MUA for my big day was Jocelyn , she was ON-TIME (even though I wasnt) and had us all looking absolutely beautiful and radiant! I am grateful that she made me look gorgeous on my special day, definitely will recommend them to friends!

Bisi, the makeup artist, was super professional, on time, and most importanlty she listened to what I wanted and gave me professional advise without being pushy at all. Overall, I would book her services again without any hesitation.

Bisi of Crystal Eyez was both professional, flexible and a pleasure to work with. She provided a consultation in which she allowed me to choose a more natural look, but also made gentle suggestions based on her expertise. Ultimately, I ended up going for more color on the big day. She was prompt, prepared and professional in all her interactions, and provided receipts and documentation as well. She was certainly a pleasure to work with, and she also provided some flexibility by accomodating a couple of bridesmaids that wanted make up as well. The lines of communication were also always open, in case I had questions etc. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with Crystal Eyez. They have all the tenets of a professinal and stress free transaction, especially given the often stressful nature of wedding planning. I would highly recommend Crystal Eyez make up artistry with no reservations.

I got married in July 2011, and Crystal-Eyez did an excellent job on my makeup! I worked with Lena, and she was very professional and even arrived early on my big day! I wasn't sure what to expect because it was my first time working with Crystal-Eyez, but the consultation put my mind at ease. So you know how you feel when you visit a new stylist? You try to convey to them as best as you can what you want. Yet there is a slight anxiety as you wonder if they really understand what you said, if they see what you see in your head and if they by able to reproduce exactly what you asked for? Then they say/do something that puts you at ease and when you see the final product you are wowed and just want to hug them? Yup! that was my experience with Crystal Eyez. During my consultation, Bisi listened to me patiently, asked all the questions you would expect, and took her time to understand how I wanted to look on my wedding day. On the wedding day, Bisi and her team were on time (I am a stickler for punctuality so I was happy about this), they set up and got to work on my bridal party. The Crystal Eyez team is very courteous, professional and talented. Everyone in my bridal party looked absolutely stunning. Bisi did my make-up and she is on point! As soon as you have a wedding date, contact Bisi for availability. Her work is excellent, and the pictures speak for themselves. Before I knew my wedding date, I planned to use her services, and I am so glad that I did. Bisi is very professional, gathers all the information she will need in a timely manner (and these are things that you as the bride may not even think about), and she is flexible. When I had my trial make up session, I was indecisive about the look I wanted, but she worked with me and created a look I liked. A week or two before the wedding date, I wanted to change that look, and she created the perfect look on my wedding date. I would use Bisi again (except I do not plan to have another wedding) but would strongly recommend her to my sisters and friends.

Bisi from Crystal Eyez Makeup was a great woman of work, a great woman of art, she had me looking flawless on one of if not the most important days of my life, and she even had my bridesmaids looking amazing. She takes the time to listen to the bride closely and to give her what she wants. Bisi has great character and is very professional. I would recommend her to all brides across the world. What can I say, the before and after pictures say it all. All day my wedding guest sang praises of how beautiful the make-up looked. My husband was so amazed by it as well. Bisi was wonderful.
