Bob and his team went above and beyond for our wedding. The food is amazing our guests absolutely loved everything. We offered our food family style and very much reccomend it! Our guests loved that they didn't have to get up to get food and it came out piping hot! Bob went out of his way to make an appetizer requested by us even though it wasn't part of his menu. He will go above and beyond to include what you want in your menu. Thanks for the excellent service and delicious food!

Everyone from CK Catering were just wonderful. Ours was a destination wedding. CK took care of everything. The food was out of this world. Our guests are still talking about it. Best of all.,.., Mike and I were able to enjoy our day, because, CK was in charge.

CK Catering provided amazing food and service for our wedding! Bob and team were great to work with when setting up our menu. They called and emailed to confirm anytime a change was requested. They were great to work with to ensure that our menu met our needs and came within our budget. The food at the wedding exceeded our expectations and we received many compliments from our guests on how delicious it was. If you are looking for food that is better than the normal wedding meal and first class service, than CK Catering is the way to go!

We had planned to taste several caterers but after our visit with Bob at CK Catering we were sold. Dont be fooled by his location in the middle of nowhere, Coloma .The food is outstanding and the prices are very competetive. Bob will work with you to find a way to get awesome food well within your budget. He is giving some of the larger St. Joe caterers some stiff competition with his delicious & innovative menu, great service and prices. Everyone raved about our food (we had beef tenderloin medallions with bourbon glaze & champagne chicken, all served family style). He also doesnt charge for a tasting appt, unlike some other places in St. Joe. Highly recommend!

We had a pig roast and chicken kabobs and we got so many comments on how delicious everything was! And it was also a great price; I called around to a lot of caterers and this one was definitely the best value. I would definitely recommend them!

CK Catering gave our wedding a unique flavor :)Seriously, we received many compliments on the delicious meal, which tasted amazing, and far from what people have come to expect from a "mass-catered" meal, like a wedding reception. Our wedding was held at a private residence in South Haven. Our vision was to make it fun and delicious, so we sought out a vendor that would do a pig roast for us in a classy way. We struck gold when we found CK, which not only provided amazing and creative appetizers, but a memorable dinner that our 80 guests are still talking about. We loved the bacon-wrapped dates, thai spring rolls and chicken satay for cocktail hour. For dinner, the roast pig was served two ways and was really tender and juicy and full of flavor. Better than what you'd hope for at any BBQ restaurant! We also served the champagne chicken, which was again very tender, rich and juicy. Asparagus made a great seasonal side. And, the salad with feta, cranberries and pecans was a nice complement. Service-wise, Bob and the CK team were very attentive to our questions and provided helpful counseling along the way as we explored vegetarian and children's menu options. Day-of, the staff was professional, courteous and efficient. We also had late night subs which people said were better than any sub shop. They were huge and had many different types of meat on each. They were a big hit with the guests. We were so, so pleased with CK and were so thankful we selected them to help make our wedding day truly unique and unforgettable.

Bob and staff were exceptional. So many compliments on the food. Presentation was beautiful. He even went so far as to carve out pumpkins for my appetizers. What an awesome team!!!

CK Catering was wonderful! Their advice and experience made our wedding planning easy. The staff were polite and quick to serve the quests. We have received calls and letters about the tenderloin because it was so tender they could eat it with a fork. We enjoyed a warm and tasty soup on a crisp, fall day. We couldn't have done better than Bob and his crew!

Perfect. People loved the food. Bob is flexible and has good suggestions. Great documentation to help choose a catering package. I added and changed things 10 times and it was perfect.We had a cocktail hour, cake cutting, family style dinner, and donuts to go. CK worked well with the other vendors. Day of I had nothing to worry about. They even provide basic linens in the packages which was a great cost saver.Strawberry spinach salad is a must.

Bob and his staff can pretty much do anything - the sky is the limit when it comes to the diversity (and quality!) of food that they can put together. Their presentation is absolutely fantastic, their prices are very affordable, and their food is excellent. I utilized Bob's services for both my rehearsal dinner (served family style) and my wedding reception (food stations). The food station presentations and all the appetizer platters were eye-popping and incredibly delicious. The family-style presentation and food were also good (though not quite the showstoppers that the stations/appetizers were). Our guests RAVED about the food - it was consistently one of the top things, if not THE top thing, that our guests mentioned when sharing their experiences at our wedding.I did feel that Bob could have been more timely in his responses to my inquiries and requests for pricing, etc. We frequently had to follow up with him one or two times to check on the status of our inquiries. His responsiveness did improve as our event date drew nearer, though. Also, we had a bit of a miscommunication where we arranged and stated in our contract that we would be able to keep the leftover food from our events. My mother stopped by the day after our wedding to pick up the leftover food, but was told there was none. We later found out that there WAS leftover food, but by the time that my husband and I were able to stop by again, most of the leftover food had gone bad and had already been disposed of. This was disappointing as my husband and I didn't get to eat much at our reception, so we had been looking forward to eating some of the leftover food.That aside, though, all in all, I really would strongly recommend CK Catering for all of your catering needs. Their creativity, artistic presentations, food quality, and literally limitless menu options in combination with their reasonable prices are second to none. I live in Chicago and very much wish that they catered in the Chicagoland area - I could think of several occasions where I would have loved to use their services near my home. Given the opportunity, I would absolutely use CK Catering again.

We couldn't have been happier with Bob and his staff. We used them for a more casual pig roast for the rehearsal dinner the night before, then an upscale stations menu for the reception. The food was great. Our guests are still talking about what a great idea the stations were and how tasty the food was - not the usual dry chicken you get served at a lot of weddings.

We had a pig roast and the food was AMAZING!!! Things got hectic with some mess-ups (nothing to do with the caterer) and our waitress Jeanne rolled with the punches and saved the day! She did awesome! Allen, our pig server, also was amazing with getting our party done!EVERYONE loved the food!!! I would definitely use them again!

Bob at CK catering was great! He met with us on a weekend because we were planning our wedding from out of town and showed us many options within different price ranges and he worked within our budget. CK provided delicious appetizers and dinner that everyone was pleased with and he displayed everything beautifully and creatively. I would highly recommend CK to other brides.

Food was very delicious, beautiful, and fairly priced--we had a pig roast for the wedding. They were very flexible and helpful at the last minute when I was trying to figure out how to get my favors set up--they set them out for me and lit the centerpieces, too. I worked with Bob, the owner, and Judy, who was the crew chief for the day. Both very friendly, kind, and helpful people!!

Everything was great. Bob worked with us on determining the menu and all the details. He was very responsive over email. Everyone at the wedding was very professional. There was a very large wait staff and they all presented themselves well and were flies on the wall! The captain, Judy, was great. My mom even mentioned that she was good... she had a lighter for us to light all the candles! The food was good too... The chicken and beef were great and so were the potatoes. The asparagus was not my favorite but everything else on the plate was!!

PHENOMENAL! The food is wonderful and the presentation makes it look just as good as it tastes! No boring buffet looking food or your basic wedding food here.... Bob does a great job being creative if you want something more unique but also can rock basic food if thats what you want. Our guests loved our food and he didn't break our budget!

The food was excellent! Beautiful presentation- very upscale and creative although not stuffy. Bob does a wonderful job listening to what you want and giving options for differing budgets but overall, the value for the food is unparalleled. He gave us a recommendation for a cake baker (who we also used and adored!) and overall, was very accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CK... far and away the best option in the SW Michigan area!

CK Catering was a wonderful value. They provided their own servers and were able to coordinate with our cake maker so we had less vendors to manage. Everyone at the wedding remarked that the salmon was the best they'd ever had. The tasting when we first met them was excellent; we had so many options to choose from, everything was delicious and presented beautifully.

They catered our wedding and they provided good food and the food was real nice. They were nice to have do handle our wedding food needs. They really can cook.
