Chicago Trolley Rentals was so easy to book and affordable for my wedding day. They were on time picking me up and the driver was so great and professional. He was so helpful and always made sure everything was okay. The trolley was clean and spacious and perfect for my day! It was cute to ride around in a trolley and it made my day so much easier for getting in and out of a vehicle. The driver also had a good knowledge of the city so that we were able to take as many photographs in the three hour time slot we had between the wedding and the reception. I would go with them again and for any future events!

The driver was on time. He coordinated with the limo so well. I was very impressed!

We used Trolley Iowa. It held more than 30 people so we could fit spouses as well as our attendants on the Trolley. It worked out really well. Clarence, our driver, was happy and very curtious.

Chicago Trolley/Coach USA worked out great on our wedding day. We were looking to rent a trolley for 2 hours and kept running into 3-hour minimums with other companies. Chicago Trolley let us rent a 35-person trolley for 2 hours at a very reasonable price and allowed us to bring in our own food and alcohol. The driver was prompt and professional and knew his way around Lincoln Park. The trolley was perfect for a slightly chilly day and allowed our wedding party to take photos all around the city.

The quality and professionalism from the driver was exceptional. However, the contact that I worked with via email to ask questions was not very helpful at all.

Big Dissappointment!!! I was extrememly disappointedwith our service for our wedding, 7/23/11. I and our friends had confirmed with Thomas at Chicago Trolley rental several times before our wedding and the day of that the trolley was to arrive at 3:45...he was at least 45 minutes late. Then when he did arrive he had no idea where we were going or how to get there which I had communicated the stop locations the week before so that he would have that information and directions. Although we enjoyed the trolley ride we were extremely rushed to get photos done and get back on schedule for the reception. We were unable to get some of the photos we wanted due to the time crunch. I really expected more from this company since my communications with them up until that day were great. I sent my feedback and disappointment to them after the wedding and received no response not even an apology! Thank you!

The trolley never showed up to pick up the grooms men in time. Then it was suppose to go straight to the bride's house to pick up the bride and bridesmaides. It didn't show up there until a half hour after the bride should have been at the church. The driver was at the church to pick everyone up after the wedding, but got lost on the way to the reception even with a GPS. The wedding party was late for the reception. I have emailed them several times to see about a refund of some sort and no one will respond to emails or phone calls. I would go anywhere but here. They hardly speak English when you call. We paid for a/c, but it either wasn't on or it was broke.

NIGHTMARE - Also known as Chicago Trolley - My daughter just got married this past weekend. First they said that the rolls they rental had mechanical problems and sent her an upgrade. The upgrade was horrible. It was soooo dirty on the inside, the white walls weren't white anymore, it looked like the right side was side swiped. The whole car needed a good scrubbing inside & outside. There were rust spots etc., just a complete nightmare. When the driver called his boss (the owner) to let him know that we wanted a new car - the owner could care less - he actually said 'TAKE A TAXI - we are not sending you a new car. The bride had to get to the church and the hotel stepped up and drove her to the church. I WOULD NOT - I MEAN DON'T EVEN CONSIDER - RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY
