This place blows any bridal store out of the water.I had 3 appts at 3 different bridal stores on a Saturday, but only needed my first appt at Bella Sposa. The customer serivce from everyone who works at Bella is unbelievable. I did order my dress from Bella Sposa and also ordered my bridesmaid dresses from them.I had extra custom things added to my dress including a belt and differnt beading along the chest line. Jamie and the girls there were more than helpful in everyway. I actually forgot to pick up my shorter veil for the reception, and Jamie brought it over to me along with one of my girls bridesmaid dresses on my wedding day to the salon where we all were...Now thats customer service. I couldnt have imagined my wedding dress any differently it was absolutely perfect in more than 1 way. I wish I could wear it everyday....Thank You sooo much Bella Sposa and Jamie...♥ U girls

I used Bella Sposa for my bridesmaids dresses. I brought three girls with me to try on dresses and we were a little indecisive. The staff was very patient and allowed me to go home and debate and call in my decision. My bridesmaids live all over the country, and they were able to work over the phone and ship the dresses directly to my girls. All the dresses came in on time and without any problems. My only suggestion would be to watch the measurement guide and make sure you are getting a size that works. My dresses were chiffon and flowed out from the bust, but they tried to make one of my girls order a dress three sizes bigger than her normal size because of the hips (even though the dresses weren't fitted in the hips). They rarely answered the phone when I called, but always called back within two hours and responded to emails that day.

There is nothing to really say about Bella Sposa other then they are truely amazing and wonderful people. Jamie the owner made my dreams come true by helping me pick out the right dress for me. There is such a nice selction of dresses in their store. Amiee is also amazing, she was by my side every step of the way, she even made my daughter and I our head peices. A pretty flower! If you are getting married and looking for that great dress, you should really head over and look at eveything they have.

Jamie and her staff made every effort to customize my dress to make it look exactly how I wanted it, and it turned out perfect!!!!!

Bella Sposa is such a chic bridal store and is amazing in every way. Jamie, the owner, is such a wonderful person. She took great care of me the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out the door with my wedding gown almost a year later. She has a true eye for style and knows how to make you feel welcome and beautiful. After many dress stores we shopped in, I'm so happy I came across Bella Sposa, and Jamie! My dress was everything I wanted, and she even came up with a cute idea to change up my look from ceremony to reception - just by adding a simple beaded, thin spagetti strap as a halter. It looked awesome, and I FELT awesome! The have very well-made and stylish dresses with all the new trends - most importantly....they are affordable! This place blew all the "chain" bridal stores out of the water!! Beautiful store too - very modern and super clean and organized!

Jamie & her staff went out of their way for me. I visited many salons in the south suburbs and Bella Sposas service was by far the BEST out there. It took me forever to find my "dream dress" and the entire staff helped me through the entire journey. I can not recommend them enough. The entire staff is FABULOUS!! The seamstress Michelle is AMAZING. She nailed my dress and my entire bridal partys dresses (6 of them) the FIRST time around!!! Dessy had messed up the flower girl dress and the entire staff of Bella Sposa went into action to find a way to resolve the issue...and they did it with PERFECTION. Was a wonderful experience and I will actually miss not seeing all the ladies of Bella Sposa

Not sure if this is the same or not but I got my ring at Bella Cosa and they are so nice and take care of everything for me after I got my ring.

I had a perfect bridal experience at Bella Sposa. It was the first place I went to try on dresses, and from then on, nothing compared! I ended up going back and ordering my dress yesterday! Jamie, the owner, is wonderful. She made me feel like I was the most important person in the store the entire time I was in there. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. I needed a hair tie, one of the girls got me one from her purse. She offered me a pair of shoes when I brought up mine were not dress shoes. They had snacks available, spacious rooms, and one of the girls even offered to go out to my car to get my camera for me when I was looking for it! They have dresses for everyone, and the biggest size assortment I've seen. Not only did they have the normal amount of smaller sizes, but they had the most average woman sizes that I've seen anywhere. They had a great selection of styles, and a lot of trendy new dresses. I would recommend Bella Sposa in a heartbeat... don't go anywhere else!!

I had an outstanding experience with Jamie and Bella Sposa. I ordered my bridal gown, tiara, veil and bridesmaids dresses from here and am happy I did so. My dress was very poofy and also had a long train that was difficult to bustle, but Jamie was determined to get it just right! I was also pleasantly surprised when Jamie offered to come to my home on my wedding day to lace and tie me up in the dress. That, to me, was the ultimate in customer satisfaction. I was also able to bring in all of the dresses a few days before the wedding (including flower girl and mother's dress which were not bought from Bella Sposa) to be steamed at no cost to me. I was even allowed to borrow a slip from the boutique to wear with my bridal gown so that I did not have to purchase one myself. All of the little extras that I received saved me so much additional money that I would have had to spend if I had bought my gown somewhere else. I cannot say enough about my experience with Bella Sposa, and highly recommend their services to any bride to be.

I just recently wed the love of my life .I just want, every women out there to know about this great little shop, I came across. I was so blowen away with the customer service at bella sposa. They where just wonderful. I mean by the time I picked up my dress which they let me store with them untill 2 days before my wedding for free{big dog at home}, I felt like we where old friends and everything was perfect from my custom veil down to the perfect dyed ivory shoe . Dont take my word just go there.

The shop is cute clean and girlie. At first Jamie was very nice to deal with. After a while I am not sure what happened but one thing after another kept going wrong. Myself and my girls were told we never paid balances when they were paid in full, when you request a phone call back you never get it. The wrong dresses were going to be ordered which a bride does not need any more stress at this time. My flowergirl wears a size 12 but they were trying to alter a dress that was a size 7 for her to a 12 could not be told why this was not the right size so we were dealing with flower girl fittings up untill the day before the wedding. Then it turned into a screaming fit because there was the same exact dress in a size 12 sitting on the rack and supposedly that was for a wedding the next day but they ordered their dress later then us and got the right size no problem? Besides when the girl at the shop told us that the bride,bridesmaids and flowergirls dresses were all there and the wedding was the next day (same as mine) that just blew our mind.
