Love this place! So cute and pretty, but a pretty good selection. I went there for a trunk sale and they were giving a discount for the designer I liked but I couldn't decide that day, the last day of the sale. When I called the next day to confirm I did want the dress, they still gave me the discount! They have great dresses for great prices, and more high end if that is your taste. They are very nice to work with and made the service so easy and affordable. I would go to them for any event dresses in the future, even though it's an hour drive from me!

Bella Bridal has an amazing theater like area for the bride to view herself in the dresses. It was very fun for those of us who went with to sit back and watch. The inventory of dresses they have is impressive and the price range is very vast. My daughter found an amazing dress at a very fair price. Bella Bridal has a nice selection of accessories and the alterations department is very very good. They made the dress fit my daughter like a glove. The entire staff was helpful, professional and very warm.

This was the first and last bridal store I went to and was definitely pleased with their selection. Dresses were affordable and the process was pretty smooth. The alterations were done well and timely. My only suggestion is to look elsewhere for accessories, as they were horribly overpriced at the bridal salon. Everything else was great.

Bella Bridal was a delight to work with. The staff was flexible and attentive, and always helpful.
Though I live in the city and Bella is out in the suburbs, I went to Bella because the dress I wanted was nowhere else in Chicago. They have a huge selection of bridal gowns in all price ranges as well as bridesmaids, etc.
My dress came in fast, the alterations were excellent, though there were many to be done. When I went to pick up the dress, it was perfect and ready to go, and looked amazing on my wedding day.
It was absolutely worth my little trips out to St. Charles, and I am so happy I found 'the dress' there!

After searching at various bridal stores for my wedding gown, I finally found the perfect dress at Bella Bridal. The store is really cute, with cobblestone flooring & spacious fitting rooms. You even get to go out into a little "theater" to look at yourself on stage. They carried the designer I liked (Watters & Wtoo) so that's one of the main reasons we went there. The saleswoman was very helpful and not pushy at all. I got to look through the dresses myself and pick out the ones I wanted to try on. The dress came in ahead of schedule (my wedding was end of July and they said the dress would come mid-June, but it actually came in mid-May). The fittings were all hassle-free (although I didn't get much attention during those appointments) and the seamstress did a great job. Overall, I was very pleased with Bella Bridal and the dress was BEAUTIFUL on the wedding day. I got so many compliments on it.

My dress was beautiful, always ready for me to try on again. The alterations woman was amazing and very helpful. Prices are not bad at all and the staff is very sweet.

I hadn't planned on buying my wedding dress out of state, but when I went to Bella Bridal with my mom and mother in law I knew that I wouldn't find service of this quality anywhere else. They knew that I hadn't planned to buy a dress there, but didn't pressure me at all. They were a little slow at responding to some of my emails, but my dress arrived before the date they scheduled it to.

Bella Bridal did my wedding dress, the tuxes and the bridesmaid dresses for our wedding. The girls who work there are all very friendly and willing to help. When I first went in to the shop I was amazed at the amount and organization of the dresses they had. Everything was neatly placed and nicely kept. I never tried on a dress there that was dirty, ripped or stained. Once I found my dress they did everything they could to ensure its timely arrival and safe storage, which is not an extra fee. They did the same for the girl's dresses. All of the alterations I had done at the shop were done with the utmost expertise. Whenever I had questions or concerns they were happy to help me. I never felt lost in the crowd or unimportant when I would call or go for fittings. They did an excellent job with my entire wedding party, including the tuxes. I have recommended them to friends getting married and they too have had such excellent service!

Bella Bridal is the place to go if you want your dress fitted exactly the way you want it. Before i was even engaged my mom took me here to try on dresses just to get an idea of the style and type of dress that we were looking for. They have an amazing selections of dresses that you can pick from and once you a few you want to try, then they take you to a nice, spacious dressing room to try it on. Once you have it on then you are allowed to walk out onto a tiny stage that they have with three floor to ceiling mirrors so that you can see the entire dress! They even have veils, bouquets, etc for you to put on right there to help you get an idea of the look you're going for. The service is amazing and the seamstress, Lettie, is absolutely amazing! She can transform a dress to the exact specifications that you want in only a few days/weeks! I would highly recommend going to Bella Bridal for your dress. Thank you so much!

My dress was wonderful and I am very happy with Bella Bridal. The service was great, most of the time. My friend's were very happy with their bridesmaid dresses and the service. The seamstress was amazing and very helpful and did an amazing job on my dress and the bridesmaides dresses.

After visiting countless other salons we ended up just minutes from our home and it was great. We found countless dresses to pick from in all kinds of styles. From the front the store could be easily overlooked but the staff was great and very helpful.

The entire staff at Bella Bridal, from Jessica to Kristen, was phenomenal during the 10-month process of buying and altering my gown. They were incredibly helpful and honest, and the dress was incredibly reasonable. I also bought my headpiece, veil, and corset there, and recommend them to any bride in the Chicagoland area. I have received many compliments on the dress, which I believe is due to the excellent seamstress who did the alterations.

I purchased my wedding gown from Bella Bridal and it was unbelievable and perfect! The seamstress was amazing and very helpful in making my dress fit perfectly. The staff was very helpful and kept me informed with all the information on my dress.
I would recommend that you go and order at least 8 months before your wedding because it takes longer than expected to get in your dream dress.

I purchased my wedding dress at Bella Bridal. I would recommend the store for a few reasons- it has a nice ambiance, there is a beautiful selection of dress styles, and the customer service is overall pretty good. However, the sample dress I tried on in the store was in an ivory, but when my dress came in the same ivory color, the dye lot did not match. I was upset, but the store would not take a return/refund/store credit even if I wanted to purchase the same dress but in white. I ended up having to eat the entire cost of the first dress I purchased, and pay full price for a second dress. Additionally, I had to call the store repeatedly to check if my dress had come in (both times). The first time, it took almost 7 months for the dress to come in. The second time, we were cutting it extremely close to my wedding date and I was extremely worried. It did arrive before the wedding, but I only had about 2 weeks to go through 3 fittings before the dress fit right. Overall, I think that the process could have been a lot smoother.

Bella was a wonderful place. I actually bought my dress online at Pearl's Place, but Bella stored my dress (at no additional cost!) and did all alterations. I also purchased my veil and tiara at Bella. They were professional and guided me through the entire fitting process. I highly recommend them!
