Ryan was the DJ for our wedding, and he did an awesome job! We had requested a minimal number of songs and left the rest up to him. He did a great job of playing classics everyone could enjoy, and kept the dance floor going strong. When we read Beep's "rather not play" list on the website, we could tell their philosophy lined up with our vision for the evening's music. Ryan was great to work with; we met with him a couple times before the wedding and it was always a pleasure. We would definitely recommend Beep Media!Also, if you are looking for a photography, I highly recommend Barry Phipps (owner of Beep Media)! I found out about his photography when corresponding with him about the DJ services, and I'm so glad I did ... the wedding photos are amazing!

Great DJ who kept our guests on the dance floor. We used Barry at Beep Media for our summer 2011 wedding. Barry was great to work with because he really knew his trade and listened to our needs. My husband and I are not big music people, so when it came to telling a DJ what songs we wanted at our wedding we had a hard time. Barry gave us the Beep Media song list and had us mark our preferences. Even though we only had a few preferences, Barry knew exactly what he could paly at our wedding to keep our guests and us dancing all night. Our guests had so much fun that they did not want to leave. We received tons compliments about Barry. In addition, Barry gave us some fantastic timeline suggestions about when to do our first dance, cake cutting, etc. We used his suggestions and absolutely loved how it kept the pace of the night moving. Barry is a wonderful DJ!

Highly recommend! We had John Londay for our 7/23/11 wedding. We had actually gone to a wedding the previous summer where John was the DJ and the dance floor was packed all night and we knew that we wanted to go with John. For our wedding John provided music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He was great! The dance floor was packed all night and he knew how to read the crowd. We are so happy with our choice! Definitely created a memorable evening.

My husband and I got married on May 29th in Galena IL in an outdoor ceremony and tented reception. We worked with Ryan Neuschafer. The first thing I will comment on is that my husband and I are not DJ people :) I have been to far too many weddings where I sigh when I see the DJ table at the front of the room and the lights above the dance floor....I am convinced that Beep Media is not a DJ service. They are a music and mood providing service that went above and beyond my entire families expectations!!The planning was great from the start. Their play list and "wont" play list was perfect for our tastes....Ryan did a great job planning out every portion of the evening so that it flowed smoothly and he maintained the control, in a very distant, out of focus way. During the dinner Ryan played great music that fit the mood of our meal. He coordinated the toasts and entrances well.During the reception Ryan read the crowd perfectly.....Almost every song seemed to be a hit. I only remember one instance where a song wasn't a hit. Ryan read the crowd easily and changed it up after that to perfection!There is actually a great picture that Barry Phipps captured from the reception where I am high fiving Ryan and telling him to keep doing what he was doing, because it was perfect.... All in all. 5 stars.. great DJ service

We absolutely loved our DJ (Matt) from Beep Media. We had the best time and a lot of that had to do with our DJ. I remember many times throughout the night thinking that I loved the song he was playing and we are still receiving compliments from guests about how they have never been to a wedding that everyone was dancing the entire time. We would definitely recommend beep media to everyone!

After interviewing 3 DJ companies, we decided to go with Beep Media and Barry (the owner) for our September 2010 wedding, and we were very happy with our decision. When we first met with Barry in the spring, he walked through the entire wedding with us, mapping out how the evening would flow/look if we decided to go with him. He was extremely easy to work with, very patient with all our questions, and was also able to provide some great advice based on his years of experience. As for the wedding, Barry was the consumate professional. Many of the names in the wedding party that he had to pronounce were Greek, and he did so flawlessly during introductions. For the first dance, he took our requested song (which was 6 minutes long) and cut it down beautifully to a more appropriate length. Throughout the night his choice of songs kept the dance floor active. And whenever we went up to Barry with requests for songs, he was able to find and play them instantly. Anyone looking for a DJ, I'd recommend Barry without a doubt.

We had the pleasure of finding Beep Media via a Google search. Ryan, our DJ, was very professional. He played a great set and catered to our crowd. We made a smart move by hiring Beep media for both the DJ and Photo services. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent! We are still getting rave reviews of the music played at our wedding! They are really flexible and professional...not flashy or over-the-top at all. Would highly recommend adding them to your short-list of potential DJ's for your wedding!

How many times have you seen all the guests at a wedding beg the DJ for an encore song!? At our wedding they did! He looked at us, we smiled and said go for it, and the guests cheered!!John Londay at Beep Media was the best DJ I've ever seen. He kept the dance floor PACKED the entire evening. All ages were on the dance floor, from our 5 year old niece to our mothers and aunts and uncles and great uncles! One comment we heard was, "I'm so tired! Every time I went to sit down, another great song started to play and I had to keep dancing!"In addition to the dancing, the cocktail music set the perfect mood and the dinner music was exactly what we wanted. John listened to us, understood what we were looking for and created the perfect atmosphere for our special day. How can we possibly thank him enough!

Barry from Beep DJ'd our wedding in late October and we couldn't have been happier that we ended up working with him. He was very professional, courteous and responsive (typically responded to our emails within several hours). We gave Barry some guidelines about the types of music that we like, but gave him free reign to read the crowd and choose songs accordingly. He did a fantastic job! He kept our party rocking all evening long and the dance floor full. Would highly recommend him.

Ryan Neuschafer was our DJ from Beep Media and he did an amazing job. We weren't even sure we wanted to spend the money on a DJ at first, but the minute we met Ryan we had no hesitations about hiring him. We were drawn to Beep because of their refusal to play cheesy songs, bring crazy props, etc., and they completely delivered. After two meetings with Ryan he knew exactly what kind of music we wanted played, and my husband and I both felt that the music was perfect, as did many of our guests who have complimented us on the song selections.Beep is definitely the company to go with if you want a completely personalized DJ for your wedding. It honestly felt that Ryan hand picked each and every song played just for me and my husband.

We found Beep Media after attending a friend's wedding and had an immensely great time. Barry responded quickly to our initial inquiry and after meeting with him, we quickly hired him. This was well over a year ago, however he insisted we meet again right before our wedding to get to know us again. It felt great to know we were all on the same page. The music was absolutely phenomenal. We did give him a lot of guidance, which he was grateful for, but his professionalism and experience was obvious. Throughout the whole night from the ceremony, to dinner, and dancing the music and timing was appropriate and seamless. The dance floor was NEVER empty and even if a song cleared the floor a bit, people were ALWAYS right back on by the next song. He just knew how to read the crowd perfectly. I have never seen so many disappointed people at the end of a wedding. We had so many compliments from guests and the sweaty, smiling faces at the end of the night said enough for us. I consider the night a wild success and give a wholehearted recommendation for Barry.

My fiancee and I met with Barry at Beep Media based on a suggestion from my cousin. I knew right away that everything deejay-related was going to be so easy! Barry gave us a form that laid out every bit of information he needed and provided us with a list of songs that we could use as a guide to show him our musical interests. The list even included the list of songs they do not prefer to play at weddings - which matched up perfectly with what we find to be cheesy and what we would not want to play. The list of songs, while not their complete list, had enough variety to get our interests across to Barry. We were lucky enough to have Barry be the deejay at our wedding and he was 100% perfect! Everyone loved the music and for having a small wedding, we had a lot of dancers! Barry did a phenomenal job of reading the crowd and knowing exactly what to play! I will be recommending Beep Media to anyone getting married or in need of deejay services!

Love Beep Media...they were great to work with. They were professional, met with us a few times before our wedding. They were great at guiding you through a checklist of what you need to think about the day of your wedding. When you we got off schedule due to long speeches, etc...they were great at adjusting the schedule to get us back on track. Definitely a great choice for dj services and one more thing to take off your to do list.Barry Phipps, the Owner of Beep, was our photographer (Ryan on his staff was our dj). Barry was great to work with.. His photos were natural looking and not posed, which is what I was looking for. He caught very candid moments that meant a lot to me and my (new) husband that really captured the day. His photos really reflected the entire day from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Barry to our friends for wedding and/or family photos.

In a word: amazing. Beyond even. We cannot say enough. When we saw that our "no play" list pretty much lined up exactly with there "preferred no play" list - we knew we'd found the DJs for us! What we ended up with was better than we could have imagined. Our reception felt like the best dance party ever. No one got off the dance floor - and EVERYONE was on it. Perfect music, really. And as a reinforcement to our happy review, several of our guests asked if they could get the playlist! Could not have been happier.

John at Beep Media was everything we could have wanted in a dj. He helped us out by lending us an extra microphone and speaker during the ceremony for our cellist to use even though he wasn't officially providing our ceremony music. Everyone loved the music, and he followed our choices closely during the reception. Beep's music definitely made our wedding an amazing dance party!

We had the best time of our lives at our wedding and Beep Media was one of the biggest contributors to making it happen. We think that one of the most important vendors you can choose is your DJ because he or she sets the tone and really gets the party going. We looked at several companies in town, but when we met with Barry at Beep Media we knew immediately that he was our guy. He understood that while my husband and I have different tastes in music, it was important to play music that represented both of our personalities while also playing all the non-cheesy crowd favorites to keep our guests happy and on their feet. The end result was fresh, groovy and original; you could really tell he thought about every music selection to create the soundtrack for our day. I was having so much fun I couldn't leave the dance floor, and I even heard that a couple started to leave but then came running back in to dance to another of their favorite songs! We received countless compliments from guests and would very enthusiastically recommend Beep Media to anyone who is looking for a professional DJ with extensive musical knowledge who will play thoughtful music based on your needs and tastes. We worked with John J. at Beep and he was terrific! He had DJ'd at my sister's wedding and I thought he played great music (without lame mic announcements or flashing colored lights on his booth). At a pre-meeting with John, we discovered we had similar musical interests which made it even more fun for us. He knew how to mix in music that everybody knew and would want to dance too as well as some special songs that we wanted. He even downloaded a song at the reception that somebody requested and he didn't have. The music was very memorable and John was very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend him!

Beep Media did a great job at our wedding (Ryan was our DJ). We met with the DJ twice before the wedding to go through our music tastes, the program for the evening and scheduling. We were really pleased with Beep Media - a good mix of music was played during the cocktail hour that appealed to everyone there. Ryan was very professional and not cheesy at all during our introductions which was important to us. He played a great mix of music during the reception as well, including the songs we asked for as well. Really kept everyone on the dance floor. I would recommend Beep Media to all of my friends.
