Arlene's Wedding Cakes

Arlene made my amazing cake like I invisioned and it was so tasty.

Although our cake was beautiful, I felt that the way she handled things were very unprofessional. She is one of two people that works on the cakes and she is the only one that delivers. I feel that with a business that get extremely busy, she needs to limit herself. She left our cake with a friend (thank god that we actually knew her) and then took off. I just felt it was very unprofessional and rude.

Great cake! Great service! I would have loved more choices for the cake and filling, but for the price it was a great deal!

Arlene's Wedding Cakes was such a great choice for our wedding cake! Her prices were about half that of other places I looked!! Best of all it was prabably the best cake I have ever had! (I'm not a big cake fan but this was delicious!) Every piece was gone. I can't wait for our 1 year cake. :-)

My husband and I had our wedding cake done at Arlene's Wedding Cake's and it was beautiful. I had so many people come up to us at the wedding and after the wedding and tell me how beautiful the cake was and asking where we got it from. I would recommend Arlene's to anyone getting married. The cake was delicious, beautiful and inexpensive.

Arlene's cake was delicious. She was very creative and took our ideas and made a cake that was breath taking and everyone loved eating it. She was easy to work with and flexible with delivering the decorative pieces of the cake as well as setting up the cake at the location. Even a year later, the thawed top layer of the cake that was meticulously wrapped in several layers of freezer bags - tasted just like it did that night.

We were extremely happy with our wedding cake! The price was FANTASTIC and it looked absolutely amazing! In all honesty, we didn't even get to taste any of it at the wedding because it went so fast. We had a cake big enough for 150 people and only ended up with about 100 guests and it was all gone before the reception was over. We did get the small cake to save for our anniversary and we ended up eating half of it so we could taste it ourselves. It was great cake! I have already recommended Arlene's Wedding Cakes to a friend of mine planning her wedding, and I will definitely continue to recommend Arlene's Wedding Cakes to anyone planning a wedding or special event.

Arlene was great to work with! She did exactly wanted I wanted and her prices were awesome! Plus she provided on-site delivery!

Our cake looked wonderful! We chose Arlene because her cakes looked very nice and had some of the best pricing that I had seen!! We checked out her work, sampled the cakes, booked her, made an appointment to figure out our cake, paid her before the wedding, and she dropped it off and set it up on time and it looked perfect! No hassles! :) Just what ever bride to be wants :) I marked one star off for flexibility because she doesn't have a huge variety of cakes or frostings to choose from. Also, for quality I took one star off, but only because we had an issue with the cake stand. Friends who arrived at the reception early to light candles noticed that it was tipping and looked like it would fall. They called her right away and she talked them through how to take it apart. It was a 4-tiered cake (for 200 people) and they just took the top 3 tiers off of the bottom tier and it was fine. She was so upset about the incident (even thought we still enjoyed a great cake!) that she drove to Elkhart and handed my parents a check for the whole cake. We decided that was just too much and told her we wouldn't cash it. It was very nice of her and showed just how much she cares about her business and the quality of her work! When I went there to return the stand she said she was so worried and couldn't stop thinking about what went wrong with the stand. :) I would definitely recommend Arlene's Cakes!!!!

Our cake was beautiful!! There wasn't a single piece left, which speaks for itself!!

Arlene did a wonderful job on our wedding cake! She is extremely affordable, and makes great cakes!She has lots of designs to choose from, or she can create pretty much anything. One thing we really liked about her is that she did a great job with the icing. She didn't use fondant and it looked just as good (without the yucky taste).She does charge to use extra pieces, such as pillars or stands, but you are reimbursed when they are returned.Arlene's was by far the cheapest option we looked at, and she does quality work! We were even able to have filling in some of our cake!

Arlene did a fabulous job on our wedding cake. Her prices are great! We wanted something simple, yet elegant and she did JUST THAT!!! The cake looked beautiful and tasted amazing. The best part was that she is in such good standing with the coordinator from our reception hall that we didn't even have to set up delivery times, she took care of it. We cant' wait to eat the free 1 yr anniversary topper!!

Arlene was a dream! We were able to pick out our cake in under 30 minutes--she had examples of decorations all set up, as well as several photo albums of cakes for our review. Her cake was AWESOME! All I got was the bits I licked off my face after hubby smashed me with cake---I wish I had gotten a slice! Everyone raved about how moist and fresh the cake tasted--and it was beautiful. Exactly what we asked for.

Arlene truly made our wedding cake absolutely gorgeous. We had a 5 tier cake on a silver plateau(my own). It was so beautiful and not because it was ours but I've never seen a cake look so gorgeous and taste SOOOO good. We had chocolate with raspberries and white with strawberries. It was so yummy. She is extremely reasonable for what you get. The quality and flexibility is something you can not get at other bakeries.

Arlene is amazing. She did a perfect job on our cake. The cake was so beautiful. She did a great job with the innvitations also.

Beautiful and Delicious cake!!

Arlene not only prepared my wedding cake but also did my invitations. My cake was three layers with four large round cakes on the side. I had ribbon and pearl accents. Arlene worked with me very closely to get my cake perfect since I changed my mind a few times on how I wanted it. She also set the cake up for and was very cheap. I paid only $1.10 a slice. My inviation were also a very good deal. I would highly recommended just as she was recommended to me.
