Aries Charter Transportation

We wanted a shuttle/bus service to take the groom-half of the bridal party from the hotel to the church; the entire bridal party from the church to pictures, and then to the reception hall; and finally bus guests back and forth from the reception hall to the hotel at the beginning and end of the evening. Aries Charter Transportation was very easy to work with, and the prices were fair. Our bus driver, Mike, was very courteous. You can tell he's been doing this for a while, because he is very profession, even to our more-intoxicated crowd. He was able to maneuver the bus through downtown Naperville to get us exactly where we needed to be. He drove with confidence and safety. There were times I was concerned with the route that he was taking, but he did get us to our destinations with little time loss. I would attribute most of our tardiness to the amount of photographs that we took, and not necessarily the route choices of the bus driver. I would use them again for sure. Our guests certainly appreciated us having offered this service to them. The bus was very clean and the driver did not make a big stink about us consuming beverages and some food items. We are told that the buses are cleaned everyday in house.

I loved working with Antoinette. She coordinated the rehearsal dinner transportation, the day city tour for our guests, and day of transportation. I was a little intimidated by this aspect, but she made it so easy. She even gave us tips and worked out our schedule to save us money. The buses were all very clean and like new. The drivers were amazing! So flexible, accessable (I got their personal cell phone numbers) and kind. I also asked that they remain a little flexible (i.e. with locations for pictures, departure times, etc) and they rolled with the evening to make it very smooth for our guests and timeline. I would definitely recommend this company to all of my friends!

On time, knew where they were going and did what I asked, when I asked. What more can you ask for.

Aries Charter did a fantastic job transporting our out of town guests to the ceremony and back to their hotels! Our wedding coincided with the Chicago Marathon (LORD!) and Aries was able to accommodate last minute changes to our schedule to insure that all of our guests arrived to the church on time. I spoke with both Antoinette and Lisa, and they were both easy to work with, quite flexible, very informative, and the quality of the service was definitely worth the price. I only wish that they also provided limousine service.

I hired these guys to provide wedding day transportation for a client. We had two different drivers. The first one was completely unprofessional, yelling at me on the phone, telling the guests that he "bleeping can't do this anymore" (referencing his job) and acting incredibly put out that he had to transport guests. We paid for him to transport guests until 6:30 pm. When he got back to the hotel at 6:00 he waited for five minutes, decided that no one else was coming and LEFT. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I found out, I called him and told him to turn around and get back there, which he begrudgingly did. The wedding started late on account of them. On the flip side, Reuben was the driver for the return trip and he was amazing. Kind, courteous, wonderful. If we had him for both trips I would have given them five stars. If you hire them, be sure to request a senior driver.

They did a great job. We actually used their minibus services. We had 3 buses transporting guests and bridal party to the ceremony, around Chicago after the ceremony and at between reception, and shuttle runs from the reception to the hotel guests were staying out later in the night. The drivers were very flexible and took guests all over the city where ever the wanted to go as well as the bridal party. Also, the cost of all 3 buses was LESS than what some of the trolley services in Chicago wanted to charge. Aries did a great job and they were very dependable. Always on time.

I researched transportation vendors for almost a month & after almost giving up, I contacted Aries Charter & spoke to Lea who immediately sent me pricing information for their wedding package. My jaw dropped at just how affordable their rates were! I called vendors closer to us in the western suburbs & it was ridiculous at how over priced they were! For a four hour minimum they charge a total of $753 which includes gratuity for the driver, 6% fuel charge & a ground fee. Our package included 1 case of beer, 2 bottles of champagne, 1 case of soda & water! We rented their 15 passenger limo bus & after we made an appointment to look at it in person & it was perfect for our big bridal party. Our driver was Roger & he showed up right on time, picked up all us girls, dropped us off at the church, then picked up the guys & dropped them off at the church. Roger was very professional & had a wonderful personality, he was a true gentleman :) Once we were done taking pictures at Cantigny after our church ceremony, we still had time left before our 4 hours was up & he drove us around while we partied away & got us to the Hilton at 5pm on the dot. Even though gratuity was included, our groomsmen offered him another tip because he was just a great driver. I kid you not, once you see what other transportation vendors are charging, you may want to consider Aries Charter. Everyone loved the limobus & it was very comfortable for all of us!

We didn't want a limo since the shortest one in our bridal party was 5' 6" tall so worked with Leah Schwartz to arrange transportation and liquor in our party bus. She was really easy to work with and we thought they were very reasonably priced. She emailed us the cell phone number of Prentiss our driver the day before. Gladly, I never needed it. The limo bus arrived early and was very clean. Prentiss knew his way around the city and was able to route where ever we needed him to for photos and lunch. He was awesome. I would gladly work with them again. The only suggestion I had for them is to figure out someway of adding the liquor on the bus. They had it in a large bin on the floor and it was challenging to get around it.
