We could not have been happier with A Sound Decision! Their service was impeccable, from the very first time my fiance spoke with Bill on the phone, and he constantly kept the lines of communications open. He was on time, ready to go at our reception venue..i even had my bustle break on my dress and there was Bill with a handful of industrial strength safety pins to save the day! Bill kept us on time and running smoothly. The lady who ran the hall had her own ideas of how things should go, but we trusted Bill's expertise and i have to say that im happy we went along with his timeline. He was so helpful and everything went off without a hitch. All night (and even the next day) everyone kept commenting how wonderful and awesome they were! Most people danced the whole night (especially me!) At the end of the night we even received a framed copy of our first dance song and a mix cd of the songs that were played during our reception which was a wonderful surprise! We couldn't have been happier!If i had to go back and pick another dj...id still pick A SOUND DECISION. This time, and EVERY-TIME!

Reading other reviews about DJ Bill made hiring him a no brainer. What we didn't expect was personal level of service, the professionalism and the fun that he was at our wedding! 5 Stars isn't enough, "our DJ was an 11!" To future bride and grooms or anyone needing music, do yourself a favor and hire A Sound Decision.

They were great!! They had everyone out there dancing the music was so good. The best reception by everyone in a long time. They are very nice and easy to get a long with. They don't charge a crazy amount and they are worth every cent!! Just loved what they did they kept the dance floor dancing and could have been a better wedding without them!! DJ Bill was the DJ at both of my brothers wedding and he did such a fantastic job. He is the best DJ by far, I am so happy he was able to DJ at our wedding. DJ Bill did an awesome job at our wedding as well, he had everyone out on the dance floor dancing the whole time. He made sure everyone was having a great time.

Words cannot explain how awesome A Sound Decision DJ Service enhanced our wedding day experience. From the first phone call to the final dance Bill Armington gave us a day that will never be forgotten. He truly took over the reception from the Announcements to the first dance. He provided an environment that made everyone comfortable and ready to party. We received many compliments on the DJ and how awesome and professional he was during the reception. He is an expert at what he does and with very little guidance provided us with everything we wanted. We did not have a wedding coordinator however Bill took over as coordinator of the reception and allowed us to sit back and enjoy. We could not have had a better night or DJ. A Sound Decision DJ Service has become our DJ for life. He made a special day even better and we cannot be happier for his services. Thank you Bill, we think of you as family now.

Bill was reassuring throughout the entire process. Come the big day, we needed him to play for an hour more than we had expected due to our piano player falling ill, and he was more than okay with it. He was the least stressful part of our wedding and just made it fun!

A sound decision was definitely the right choice, the DJ kept the reception fun and interesting all night and we certainly had a blast...great price and highly recommended.

Bill was very professional from the first time that we meet him to talk about his services until the very last song at our wedding. He played an amazing playlist through the dinner at the wedding and many people commented on how great the music was. We referred him to other couples getting married. Bill sends you this great list of songs to help make things go really easy and to help make your day flow. You just pick the songs and he gets a feel for what you want from it. Our song list was deleted off the computer at the last minute and he took our must have's over the phone and the wedding music was perfect. We ended up having one of the worst photographers imaginable and after she left. He took pictures of the people dancing and having a good time. He saved the day. He is fun, professional and he really does care about your special day. I would highly recommend Bill, he does amazing work for a great price and he will make your day extra special!!!!!! THE MAYS:)

Hi Bill! We hope you had a wonderful holiday season! We just wanted to follow up with you regarding our wedding day. Al was an amazing DJ!!! We loved that he listened to our requests, and concerns and that he used his good judgement and experience to keep everyone on the dance floor throughout the night. We had so much fun and our guests continue to complement us on our choice of music. If you want to have people dancing at your wedding then A Sound Decision is who you need to have as your DJ. This company treats you like they have known you forever. This was the third wedding we have used A Sound Decision in my family and everyone had a blast!

We had our reception in St Charles. Bill was referred by a friend and when I researched on line it was all great reviews. He is based out of Indiana and does come out to all the suburbs. I trusted his taste in music to accommodate to the range of ages for our guests and everyone loved him!! He had the dance floor packed and did a wonderful job. He also gives a special Cd plaque of your first dance which is a great keepsake. Thank you for doing such a great job and will recommend you a million times!

I feel terrible because I thought I sent this review in MONTH's ago. So, so sorry for not doing this sooner. A Sound Decision came very highly recommended. When we were planning our event we interviewed several Northwest IN dj's and Bill and Rick were by and far the best of the bunch. From the getgo they stayed in constant contact with us leading up to the event, making sure that we had everything we needed and also offering insight and information we never thought to ask for! We had concerns because for the reception my husband put together a few music tracks; mixes of some of our favorite songs that he wanted the dj to play randomly through out the night. All of the other dj's we talked to gave us reasons why this wasn't a good idea or told us that they simply wouldn't do it. Bill and Rick were the first ones to step up and promise us that they could make it happen. The day of the wedding, Rick showed up perfectly on time and had all of the equipment set up before I ever walked into the hall. This includes the additional sound-system ASD provided for our outdoor ceremony. The speakers he used sounded absolutely amazing, even outside! All night we got nothing but compliments on how easy and outgoing Rick was and he made sure to play my husband's pre-mixed tracks in between everything else. The dance floor was packed THE ENTIRE NIGHT! I have some friends who never, ever dance at weddings and we had to drag them off of the floor at the end of the night. What was even more special to me, though, was that even though Bill was working a seperate event that night he took the time to call me midway through our reception to make sure I was having a good time. Amazing value for the cost, as well as really good flexibility. Both Bill and Rick were extremely responsive to my wedding needs. In fact, Bill even went to see the venue BEFORE I signed a contract with him. Just so that he could advise on the best type of set up, as our venue was atypical from the normal wedding venue. I definitely recommend contacting Bill if you are looking for a DJ!

Bill was great! He answered all my emails in a timely manner and was very calm even when I was freaking out! He provided our ceremony music and had it all ready to go even though I was afraid he couldn't get a couple of the songs I had picked. Our reception coordinator commented on how organized and professional he was. We are so glad we chose him and A Sound Decision for our wedding!! Thanks Bill!!

Bill was very accommodating to any requests we had prior to and including the date of our event. He kept to the playlist that we selected and made sure that our guests were enjoying the music selection. We felt confident in our decision with the DJ service we selected. With Bill's experience we knew we didn't have to worry about a thing!
