This was the best deal we could find on a trolley in the city and it was PERFECT! We had the trolley shuttle guests to the wedding from hotels, it served as a limo for the bridal party for pictures, and it took guests back to the hotels at the end of the night. In addition to doing everything as we had hoped (minus some late shuttle arrivals, but we chalk this up to rush-hour driving in downtown Chicago), they stocked the trolley with beer and champagne which was awesome to have. Our great driver also waited around at the reception at the end of the night (longer than we had them booked for) to make sure that myself and my new husband had a ride back to the hotel. It was great and I highly recommend 4 Star Elite to anyone looking for a trolley in Chicago!

We got the Chrysler 300 for my wedding. It was 95 degrees outside and inside the limo it had to be like 80. The air wasn't working correctly and when we complained, our driver was not very accomodiatating. He actually told my groomsman, "well I'm nice and cool up here." He made a few other rude comments when we complained multiple times that it was hot in the back. We were also supposed to have a red carpet to our limo from the church and that wasn't anywhere to be seen. I would spend your money elsewhere.

It ended up raining and snowing a little bit on our wedding day. We had outdoor pictures planned, but because of the weather our driver took us where ever we wanted. He was very understanding and great. He got us where we wanted/needed to go and on time. He was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone!

This was the best choice for transportation. We had gotten a trolley, which worked out great. Everyone had a great time, and the fridge was stocked. We had two bottles of really good champagne, beer, water, and soda. The driver was friendly, and didn't need to be directed to his destinations. He already knew his route. When the weather got bad outside, and we had to change our photograph destination, it went smoothly.

First of all the guy didn't know where the church was and when we were suppose to go for pics he took the long way and it took too long so i didn't get a chance to get my outdoor pics in. He also didn't help me up into the limo or out. Only had miller products and 2 bottles of champagne for 14 ppl. Overall they are really expensive since the guy sat most of the time and got paid. I would go with a different company if i had to do it all over again.

They were on time, the driver was really nice, and the limo was clean & stocked with beverages. They were great!

Our driver was on time - courteous - flexible - and a safe driver - and affordable. Our only concern was every time we went up a small hill, slope out of the parking lot at the church the bottom of the limo scraped?? We weren�t over weight limit or anything not sure if the Chrysler 300 needs a second opinion from a different repair shop? Overall it was a good experience with 4 Star - I'd recommend their services and I'd use them again!

We rented a trolley for my wedding and it was fabulous, I had so many compliments, not to mention it was an absolute blast. The only issue was we were told we were getting a different trolley than the one that showed up, so the day of my wedding my mom called the company and they said the original trolley we thought we were getting didn't have AC so they sent a different one. That was great because it was a hot day in June although I wish they would have called to tell us that. It was a great experience otherwise and pictures were beautiful!!

We ended up having to book 2 different vendors for transportation the day of our wedding (it was a popular date), and 4 Star VIP was wonderful. We spoke with various staff over the phone, and our order for a Chrysler 300 limo was perfect. The driver was safe and courteous, and we enjoyed the soda and water that they provided.

Absolutely fantastic service.The Chauffeurs was very professional, and pleasantly friendly. Our package was affordable and we even got a bottle of champagne. Would definitely recommend them for any event.

My in-laws had paid for everything with the limo and all they had inside was two bottles of water on a bunch of beer all the pop was in the trunk, none of my bridal party drinks so that really sucked then we asked if we could take the pop and the guy said no. So my in-laws paid for all that pop and we got none of it.

I didn't have any contact with the actual drivers we had but everyone in the office made this a very smooth service for us. They had us fill out a sheet with the pick up place and time and then each stop in between pick up and drop off. We got the party bus because we had 22 people on the bus with 7 bridesmaids, 7 groomsmen, 4 ushers, a reader (so he could be with the rest of the guys), my personal assistant, and us. We had booked the stretch Hummer but when I got in at Bridal Beauty Day (would recommend going to this especially if you have no vendors picked out can probably find out information about it through, here Essence or Show on the Road) decided that it would have been very scrunched with everyone crowded in there, especially since several of the guys are over 6' tall and a couple of the girls are tall as well. They did a great job and were very adaptable when we realized we both forgot the keys to our apartment when we were in the parking lot (we were going to take some pics here like him carrying me over the threashold).

Our 20 Passenger Cadillac Escalade was awesome, our driver was extremely courteous and flexible, he arrived on time, and we ran on schedule all day long. I loved everything about my experience with this company. They were very polite and they'll get the job done.

Hot ride and awesome driver! took us everywhere we wanted to go and treated us with the best care.
