Our specialties are sumptuous gowns, dresses and accessories for weddings, parties and special events. Each dress is designed and hand-made, one-at-a-time, in my Portland, Oregon studio by myself and with the help of skilled local artisans/seamstresses.  We strive in every extent possible to run the studio and keep the garments we create focused on an environmentally sustainable path.  You can choose from a ready to wear size dress or a totally custom fit dress made to flatter your individual and fabulous shape.

 

We offer a number of certified organic and other sustainable fabric choices along with more traditional natural fiber fabrics typically in silk, cotton, linen, wool, hemp, bamboo, soy and others.

 

I've been designing, creating and constructing custom dresses and accessories for well over 25 years.  I also teach design, draping, pattern making and sewing construction at the college level as well as to DIY enthusiasts!  Sewing is an art form that should not be lost.
